Jungkook woke up, rubbing his eyes as a sudden smile emerged after he remembered last night. It was the morning after his first acknowledged date with Yeri. He felt warm under the thick duvet, reminding him of the warmth he felt when he shared that first ever proper hug with Yeri. His heart tingled at the thought, his cheeks turning the slightest tint of red.

He yawned tiredly, grabbing his phone as per usual to check any notifications. His eyes lit up when he saw a message from someone in particular.

RV Yeri: had fun yesterday ^^

He smiled; even the way she texted was cute. His fingers automatically moved to type a response.

'Me too~ When are you next free?'

He was already excited about their next date. Jungkook and Yeri were certainly growing closer at a rate Jungkook could never imagine. He seriously never got close to a girl that quick - he was always the shy type but with Yeri he was completely different, it was certainly strange to him but he didn't mind.

Namjoon walked in to his room, 'You're finally awake' he said, dropping beside Jungkook on his bed. 'So are you dating now?' he asked suddenly.

Jungkook looked at him, gulping. 'No.. I don't think so' he told him, a little confused himself. They were seeing eachother but they weren't actually official.

'Eh? Really? Why not?'

Jungkook shrugged, 'I haven't asked her.' he said simply.

'Are you going to?' Namjoon asked, nudging the maknae sharply at his side.

'Ow, ow!' he shoved Namjoon away. 'Um, maybe..' he answered, rubbing his side.

'Maybe? What's that supposed to mean?' Namjoon frowned, on the floor.

'I-I don't know how to...' Jungkook confessed, sounding helpless.

Namjoon cackled loudly, 'Just ask her? What's there to it?' he said, as if it was as easy as 1-2-3.

'Well.. her birthday just passed and I didn't even know! We've only been out together twice, I don't know, I think asking her to be my girlfriend will scare her away..' Jungkook told Namjoon truthfully. 'And ah, I just have this feeling that Dispatch will somehow catch us... it's scary' he continued.

The leader's eyes softened hearing the last words. It really was such a shame that idols had to hide any relationships, but there was nothing he could do about it. Especially as the role of BTS' leader, all he could wish for were that his members were happy and safe.

'Yeah you're right, maybe wait a while' he said, getting up and patting Jungkook on the back.

It was a while since Jungkook and Yeri reunited. Although neither BTS nor Red Velvet were promoting at the time, both groups were still working hard, planning various things for fans - their schedules just didn't fit along side each other. Almost two months had passed with them not seeing each other even once, however the two tried their best trying to contact one another as much as they could; there was no obligation to since they weren't even a couple, yet both of them felt like they had to so their closeness wouldn't fizzle out.

However, finally, the day came where Jungkook was to visit Red Velvet's dorm.
He was nervous - so so nervous - especially since it had been so long since he'd seen Yeri face to face.

He dressed up a little more than previously, sporting a simple white shirt with skinny black jeans, since he was going to be in front of the rest of Red Velvet. His hair was styled a little too, just like the two previous times he'd seen Yeri, combed back in to the very popular 'comma hair' that pretty much every male celebrity was rocking in Korea.
