He was on top of me, and he wanted to kill me?

He killed my father; he tried to kill Jill and Danny too. This is not good, not at all.

I tried to move but I couldn’t even squirt an inch, he layed all of his weight on me and grabbed my hands with his pulling them above my head; I could feel the pain on my wrist from his tight hold. He came closer to my lips they were about to touch...

And all of a sudden

All the weight was taken off, I couldn’t see anything, neither could I get up, but I could hear some bangs on the wall.

chapter 20:-

My arms were hurting and so was my head, I tried opening my eyes but it seemed like tones of weight was kept on my eye lashes, I forced myself to open them and woke up in my room. I lifted my heavy head up and saw Danny sitting on the chair.

“Hey, pepper” he said keeping the files he had in his hand on the table and walking slowly towards me, his body posture was a little sulky and he looked very concerned.

I tried sitting up, while Danny aided me to do so.

“How are you?” he asked in a fragile voice

“Well, my body hurts but I’m ok, what happened?” I asked concerned, I couldn’t remember anything right now.

“Well, you were… kind of… umm…”

“Just say it, will you?” I said, interrupting him

“Nothing happened” he said letting a lump sum amount of breath leave his mouth after that.

“Awww, sis how are you… you feeling better?” Stella came in with dozens of questions and Eric

I nodded saying I am fine while she sat on the bed next to me.

“I got so scared when I saw that guy with you, I mean he was on top of you, I was so creped out! That god Danny saved you, but one mistake danny you should have killed him, why did you leave him?” Stella spitted out

“Thanks!” Danny looked at Stella with the best scarstic face ever

“Oops??” Stella replied innocently

Jeez, I remembered the scenes now; this guy who killed my dad and attacked Jill was going to… shit

My head started to hurt even more, I started to press my head but nothing worked, the nerves in my brain were screaming with pain.

“Rach, are you ok?” Stella asked but I couldn’t hear anything, I was going blank and the faces were merging again, what was happening? I was going crazy and the voices around me sounded in slow motion making it weird.

I opened my eyes, this time was much better; my body still ached but less than before. I looked around and there was this lady taking up my pulse rate. I turned the other side to see Danny hold my other hand.

“Miss Rachel?” the lady asked waiting for a reply from me

I nodded assuring her I was alive

“How do you feel?” she continued in a blunt tone as before

“I’m ok” I replied

She asked me a few more questions and gave me a painkiller making me fall asleep in no time.
