Oh my gosh I wanted to scream at the last line.

Lukas looked in the mirror, seeing his reflection stare back at him. "Okay. You can do this," he said. He took another look in the mirror, his blue eyes looking over every little detail in his reflection. "Uggghhhhh I never thought it'd be this hard!" he exclaimed, covering his face with his hands. The door creaked open and Lukas turned around, looking between the spaces of his fingers.
"Louis, what are you doing?" Ivor asked. "Working up courage. And it's Lukas, Ivor," Lukas replied. Ivor rolled his eyes. "Whatever." "What are you doing here?" Lukas asked. "I came looking for you. Is there something wrong?" Ivor responded, his voice dropping in volume. Lukas sighed, dragging a hand down his face. "What's the bravest thing you ever had to do?" he asked. Ivor put his hand to his chin, humming in thought. "Probably facing my old friends and the world after unleashing the Witherstorm. Never done anything scarier. Why do you ask?" Ivor replied. Lukas sighed again. "Nothing." "I know that look. Don't lie to me, Lukas."
Lukas turned to Ivor, raising an eyebrow. "Tell me," Ivor urged. "Fine. I guess someone should know," Lukas sighed. Ivor leaned closer, eyes waiting and expectant. "I-I kinda maybe am going to..... propose to Jess....." Lukas trailed off. Instantly Ivor let out a laugh. "HA! Gabriel owes me three diamonds!" he exclaimed. "Whoa whoa whoa, you bet that I would propose to her?!" Lukas exclaimed indignantly. "Well, like, every member of the two Orders of the Stone have made a bet on something involving you and her."
Lukas groaned in annoyance, running a hand through his neat-messy hair which Jesse had convinced him to have. "You guuuuuuuuys!" Lukas muttered. "Well, for something like that, I can give you only one piece of advice. Just go for it. Jesse loves you with all her heart, and I could see it ever since the Witherstorm. She won't reject you," Ivor said, walking forward to give Lukas a pat on the back. Lukas smiled over at Ivor. "Thanks, Ivor." "It's not a problem, Blonde Guy."

Jesse smiled in her reflection in the water. She was following a small path of rose petals through the forest, looking for Lukas. She had walked outside her house to go about her nightly walk, but her gaze had caught a piece of paper near a rose petal. The note had been from Lukas, telling her to follow the rose petals to find him. Now, here she was, walking through the forest on a well-worn path while following rose petals. She eventually came to a clearing, where she saw Lukas standing there. He had a bright smile on his face, his blue eyes glowing in the last light of the sunset. Two of the many reasons Jesse fell for him.
"Lukas, what was all this for?" Jesse asked, approaching him. Lukas's blue eyes held a hint of nervousness in the blue depths. "Jess, I love you with all my heart. Ever since the moment I first laid eyes of you, I knew you were the one for me. Not just because you're gorgeous, but because your personality glowed brighter than any star. You are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. And, what I'm trying to say is-" Lukas cut off. He kneeled down on one knee, grabbing something from his pocket. Jesse gasped as she quickly came to realize what he was about to say. Lukas moved his hands aside from the object, opening up the black box in his palm. A shiny glint came from its place nestled in the red velvet.
"-Will you marry me?"
Jesse's hands went to cover her mouth. Her green eyes welled up with tears as she stared down at the beautiful silver engagement ring with aquamarine gemstones. Her gaze went to meet Lukas', his nervous blue eyes gazing up at her full of love. Too overcome with emotion to speak, Jesse nodded her head rapidly before jumping at Lukas, knocking him to the ground with her landing on his chest. They laughed as their gazes met. Lukas slipped the engagement ring onto Jesse's ring finger. She paid no attention to it, instead leaning forward and pressing her lips to Lukas', her green eyes closing in content. Lukas smiled against her lips, closing his eyes and kissing her back.

Jesse nervously fiddled with the engagement ring on her finger. A few months had passed since Lukas and her had gotten engaged, and now the big day had arrived. All those weeks of planning had come up to this moment. Jesse had found the perfect wedding dress with the help of her friends. Not to mention Olivia had walked in on Jesse trying to do her hair and helped the bride-to-be in the hairy situation.
Jesse couldn't believe how fast the day had come. It still seemed like yesterday when Lukas had proposed to her. She had really been hoping he would pop the question, but he still managed to take her breath away by how he pulled it off. Jesse turned around at the sound of a door knocking. "Jesse?" a voice asked. "Come in, Dad," Jesse replied, a smile spreading across her face. The door opened and there stood Steve, Alex, and J. Jesse's parents and twin brother. Alex immediately gasped when she saw her daughter. "Oh, Jesse..... You look stunning," she gushed, walking up and giving her daughter a tight hug. "Yeah. Lukas certainly got lucky to have a girl like you," J said, giving his twin a high-five. Steve walked forward, hugging his daughter extremely tight. "Remember, you'll always be my little girl. And if that boy breaks your heart, you come tell me and I'll get him. Though I highly doubt I'll have to," Steve said. "Okay, Dad," Jesse replied.
The family hugged each other for a moment before J and Alex left for their seats. Steve took his daughter's arm, giving her a bouquet of aquamarine colored roses. The two walked off to the door, hiding from everyone's view. The organ started playing a song, not your usual wedding march, but a beautiful song called 'River Flows in Me'. The flower girls walked forward first, the daughters of a close friend of Jesse. Then walked Petra and J, Jesse's Maid-Of-Honor and Lukas' Best Man. Axel and Olivia followed next, and following them were Harper and Ivor then Ellie and Magnus. Now, it was Jesse's turn. Steve placed his hand over his daughter's, giving it a gentle squeeze and smile. Jesse visibly relaxed, smiling back. They turned the corner, walking down the petal-covered aisle as people from many towns and worlds watched from their seats. Lukas stood at the altar, his smile brighter than it ever had been. Meeting Lukas' gaze, Jesse smiled back a shy smile that was equally as bright. When they reached the end of the aisle, Steve gave his daughter a kiss on the forehead before allowing Lukas to take her hand. He walked back to his seat next to his wife, tears forming in his eyes as Jesse handed her bouquet to Petra before turning back to Lukas.
The priest—who just so happened to be Soren—stepped forward and cleared his throat. "Ladies and gentlemen, from this world and others, we are gathered here today to celebrate the lives of these two wonderful heroes coming together in matrimony," Soren started. He turned to Lukas. "Do you, Lukas Historia, do you take Jesse Sworde as your wife, in sickness and in health, through good and bad, as long as you both shall live?"
"I do."
Soren smiled before turning to Jesse. "Do you, Jesse Sworde, take Lukas Historia as your husband, in sickness and in health, through good and bad, as long as you both shall live?" Jesse's reply was strong, her eyes glowing in happiness.
"I do."
Soren started to tear up as he continued. "Then, by the powers vested in me, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." And with that, Soren moved aside with a flowy flourish of his arm. Lukas and Jesse smiled as they leaned closer, their lips meeting in a sweet kiss. The crowd erupted into cheers. Lukas and Jesse pulled away for a moment before Lukas scooped Jesse up in his arm, spinning her around, both of them laughing along.
"Time to start the next chapter of our story, Mrs. Historia."
