( Austin's part )
It wasn't as sorrow as I had imagined. Waking up I knew she was gone. The tightness in my chest was nothing anymore but a sigh of relief. She didn't say goodbye but she did leave a kiss. A brief kiss on my lips that felt almost like a rush of cold air. She was really gone this time.
" She's happier now."
Haylee walks in wrapped in a blanket, a smile on her face.
" They both were happy to go especially Brittany."
I smile and open my arms, she falls into them laying her head on my chest.
"Are you okay?"
" I'm happy for them."
" But are you okay?"
" Back when he first came to me I was happy to hear him and see him again. It felt better knowing he was there, knowing that I wasn't alone but now that's he's gone I don't feel sad. I feel..."
" Relief."
" Yeah relief and it's probably the best feeling in the world right now."
" They probably feel the same way. I would get tired of watching two horny people all the time."
She laughs and sits up laying a warm kiss on my lips. She jumps as a beeping goes off downstairs.
" Oh I forgot about that!"
I sigh as she pulls away from me and heads towards the stairs. She comes back moments later with a tray of black rolls. She sets it down on the table with a frown.
" Maybe we should order pizza or get mexican?"
" It's not that bad babe."
I pull at it with my fingers but hardly even make a dent into it. Probably should just order pizza.
" I'll call, you just go pick out a movie we can watch. Supreme sound good to you?"
" Breadsticks and wings on the side?"
" Yup, handtossed?"
" Just the way I like it."
" Of course don't I know you like the back of hand? Just like I knew you'd burn the rolls."
I laugh and dodge a pillow she tosses at my head. I grab the keys and slip on a pair of shoes
" I'll be back babe I love you!"
After getting the food I walk inside closing the door behind me. The pizza burning my palm. I set it down on the table seeing Haylee already laying on the couch.
" Took you long enough."
" They were busy."
She dives into the box grabbing a slice two beers sitting in front of her. She hands me one poping open hers.
" We're drinking?"
" Celebrating."
I smile and sit next to her, kissing down her neck. She grabs the remote and pushes play. I grab a comforter and wrap us up. Celebrating our ending chapters and the beginning of a new story.I wake up shivering Haylee no longer on top of me. I sit up seeing the empty pizza box was gone along with our plates. I walk across to the kitchen grabing a glass of water. I hear footsteps above and smile. I wipe my mouth and head upstairs. The bedroom door closed.
" Babe?"
The door opens and Haylee smiles up at me wearing a short black laced lingerie . I whistle and close the door behind me.
" We're still celebrating mister."
" I can see that."
" What do you say we have a little fun without two ghost watching us?"
" Hmph I can't say no."
I push her against the closet door and kiss her hotly. She tugs on my bottom lip with her teeth. I react by cupping her between her legs. She crumbles against me, I pick her up and put her on the bed my hand never leaving from it's spot. My middle finger slips under the lingerie and I feel how wet she is. She rocks her hips against my hands but I pull away causing her to groan. I pull her hair forcing her to sit up. She looks up at me excited already breathing heavily.
" You sure your in the mood for this?"
" Just do it."
I smash my lips against hers, pushing her down onto the bed so I can flip her on top of me. My dick hard against my jeans. Her hands clumsily unbutton them and tug them down. I slip them the rest of the way off I can't help but notice how damp her lingerie is on top of my hard on. I pull at it hearing a button ripe off. It falls down on her shoulders. I take it off of her quickly. Hearing her moan when my tip enters her. Obvious to the fact that she wants me on top I flip her over and kiss down her chest and fill her. I moan and quickly start to thrust.
" B-best celebration ever."
I chuckle and go faster. Damn right this was the way to celebrate.( Haylees's part)
It's been two months since they had went away. Things were different now as if our lives were just finally starting to begin. Spending time with Austin, paying bills, cleaning our house, going to work and planning for a wedding. We we're finally living a normal life. A normal life that a few years ago I would have never imagined having. Max and Brittany being there watching over us had set us on the right path . Without them I know that Austin and I would have never met . He still would be lost, stareing at broken pictures wondering what he had done wrong. Who knows if I would even still be alive. Austin and I we really did need each other in the end, and I don't plan on ever letting go of anything.
