Dated: Approximately 1 year after the last chapter was dated.

I peddle harder and harder, the wind streaming my, now long, curly red hair, behind me.

I lift arms from the handle bars and raise them up as I dropped down the hill in front of me.

My jacket is ripped off my back by the wind, and I unfold my wings.

Extending them to their 15 ft wingspan as they flailed in the wind behind me.

I held onto my seat as I sped up another hill.

As I prepared to ascend downward, I stood up on my pedals and climbed onto my seat.

It was difficult to keep balance, sailing down a hill, standing on a bike seat.

I started speeding downward.

I inhaled the morning forest air, and jumped.

My wings caught on the wind, and shot me toward the clouds.

I flapped hard, in long even strokes.

I seeped through a hole in the cloud line, and burst out into the atmosphere.

The sun shined on my face, and I exhaled, weaving through the holes in the clouds.

I saw my cabin below me, and I shot down.

Down

Down

Farther down

Until I flipped to my feet and crashed to the ground.

I smoothed back my hair and walked gracefully through the back door.

I grabbed a cup of tea off my counter and walk into the kitchen.

To my surprise, a woman sat on the couch.

"You never knock, do you," I set down my tea and sit next to her on the couch.

She shot my a big toothy grin.

"What?" I question.

"Aria and the Doctor," Her grin widens.

I laugh a bit.

"What about us?"

"Oh come on, Aren't you an item yet?!" She stands up she looks me straight in the eye.

I give her a sarcastic look.

"River are you done?"

"Oh don't tell me he hasn't made a move yet." She looked utterly surprised.

I just stare at her.
"What the heck are you going on about?"

"For gods sake, I know you fancy the Doctor."

I can feel my cheeks turning red.

"River Song, I cannot believe you are trying to get us together. He's your husband." I spit.

"Yes Aria, I'm aware honey. But I have to be long gone by now in his reality. I just have to make sure he doesn't end up alone."

"He won't, there's Clara."

She rolls her eyes.

"It's not time for Clara yet. Besides, the Doctor likes you!"

"It's not time for Clara yet?!- Wait. He does?!" My face burns.

"Yes honey, pay attention. God sometimes young girls are so oblivious."

I glare at her sarcastically.
