Sorry I haven't written for this story, I've lost inspiration to write it until today, so I hope you enjoy my kinda attempt at re building the story. Keep in note that this chapter is a little shorter (sorry!!)

Recap***

Caseys been asked to the dance by Jesse, she's stoked to go. But gets home and realizes that she forgot to put her golden retriever, Finley, in his cage so he got out and made a mess, its now raining/ thunder storming and Finley's still missing. They've got there pizza and now hear the front door bell ring, opening it when a suprize guest appears.

---------------

"Umm... I found this... I believe it's yours." A leash was brought to my face attached to a hand that's holding it with no gratitude.

"Rylee? Where was he?!" I bend down and give Finley a good rub around his ears making my hands wet from how wet he is.

He's smiling with his tongue out like nothing bad has happened, but he shouldn't be smiling.

As happy as I am that he's here, he still created a huge mess!

...well.. I guess that was sort of my fault for not putting him in his cage.

"It was rummaging around outside. My mom made me bring it to you; in this weather. While I was giving myself a pedicure. Thanks to you and this... Animal, my cute toes now look like a big blob of smudge! Anyway, she thought you might want it before dark."

Rylee says with a snoopy voice and no emotion at all. She's covered in water from the rain as well as Finley.

"Oh my, well please tell you're mom I said thank you, I have so been worried." I say honestly.

Rylee looks pissed by what I just said.

"Um..? Why are you thanking her.. I'm the one who brought him to you, unlike her who's to lazy to do it herself."

Petra steps into the door frame.

"Shut ur mouth tooty fruity, and be greatful that you've just helped somebody." Petra snaps.

At least she made a candy pun there.. Well it wasnt really a pun but close enough.

"Yeah k." Rylee drops the leash and walks away, shielding herself from the rain with her hands, walking like she still doesn't want to wreck her painted toes, even though they've already been partly washed away from the rain.
