When I woke up, everything was different. I wasn't in my room anymore, Seth wasn't around. I was in the hero lair, lying on a medical chair with a big light shining in my face.

"How nice of you to finally wake up, sleeping beauty. I really didn't think of you as a girl, who would faint so often," said Alice with her not so pleasant tone.

"How about I smash a shelf full of chemicals in your face and will see if you still manage to stay conscious. Apparently being heroic isn't good for my health."

"You might be right about that," said Patrick. With that light in my face I hadn't even noticed, that he was also in the room.

"Well of course I'm right, but could we continue this conversation later, because I would like to pass out again." I felt really sick and dizzy.

"Here, drink this and please do not pass out. You have to stay conscious."

"Why? Being unconscious is so much less sickening." I said while drinking the sugar water he gave me. Surprisingly it made me feel a lot better.

"Because then I can't tell, if you are okay or not."

"Well if I'm unconscious, then clearly I'm not okay. Are you even a qualified doctor?"

"Okay, you definitely have no brain damage."

"I think you should reconsider that diagnose," said Alice.

"Why are you guys insulting each other, when you should be finding out what's wrong with her." Aurora wasn't very happy, when she stepped into the room.

After drinking the water, I felt good enough to sit more up and push that stupid lamp out of my face.

"Okay, what did you mean, when you said I might be right about heroism being bad for my health? Because I know you didn't mean, what I meant."

"Well that is the best I could come up with, since I can't take your blood... It takes a lot of energy for Aurora to use her powers, which means that she has to eat a lot to have enough energy to be a hero. I think the same thing might be true about you. Have you eaten anything today?"

"Well I had quite a normal breakfast and a sandwich for lunch."

"Did you use your powers?"

"I just teleported us to my room, but it wasn't even that far away."

"That is all I can tell you now. You should eat more. You didn't really eat much before either, but if you want to keep using your powers, you have to eat."

"So this had to happen, when I have absolutely no money," I commented.

"Where did your money go?" asked Alice.

"It's a long story."

"How about Alice will order some pizza and you'll let me do some more tests."

"For what?"

"While you are here and not avoiding me, I'd like to find out, what your powers really are and what they can do. I also need you to tell me exactly what happened at the chemistry lab and which chemicals you might have come into contact with."

"How the hell should I know? I was smashed into a shelf full of chemicals."

"Well you better figure out a good story, because the police are going to want to hear the same thing. They are already looking for you, because you're their main suspect, especially since you "escaped" from the hospital. If I had the same police record you have, I'd rather go to them, before they come after you," said Aurora, before leaving the room with Alice. I've never seen her so serious before.
