Imagine #15 -- Taemin and Minho

"I really like Minho Hyung" Taemin whispers over the phone, glancing around himself to make sure the other SHINee members are not around. Kai is easy to talk to because he is so open minded about most things. He supportes Taemin and had even participated in Taemin's latest album. But... telling your best friend that you like someone you've been close to for years and years... Kai isn't so sure.

"I know you do Tae, but he's known you for so long, he probably thinks of you as a little brother." Kai is trying to let Taemin down gently, and hopefully if Taemin does get rejected, Taemin would be able to overcome it easier. To put it simply, Kai wants the best for Taemin, which means he doesn't want to see Taemin hurt. In the corner of his eye, Taemin sees the door to his and Jonghyun's room open.

"I'll think about what you said" Taemin says quickly, hanging up without a goodbye and chucking his phone on his bed. Looking up, he finds Jonghyun rummaging in the drawers, looking for something.

"Have you seen Minho Hyung?" Taemin questions, slowly walking over to Jonghyun.

"He'll be around somewhere... His room?" Jonghyun suggests, not really paying attention to his maknae. Taemin wanders off, going to the lounge to think for a while.

"Taemin Taemin Taemin..." It isn't fair. This music video is too much. Minho has held in his feelings for a long time around Taemin, and was happy for Taemin when he got a solo debut. Maybe it is the right time to confess? It would definitely help Minho decide whether to give up on Taemin or not.

"I guess I'll find Taemin" Minho leaves his room, immediately noticing Taemin sitting on the couch staring into space.

"Taemin-Ah" Minho walks up behind Taemin, startling him out of his thoughts.

"Hyung!"

"What are you thinking about?" Minho questions, looking down at him.

"I was waiting for you" Taemin replies, standing.

"Did you want to talk about something?" Taemin nods his head so much his blonde hair bounces around, making Minho laugh. The younger follows Minho into his room, sitting down while Minho remains standing.

"I have this..friend... who likes you alot and... I think... he wants to know if your interested in anyone at the moment." Taemin says quickly, pushing down the rising blush he feels from lying.

"A friend?" Minho doubts, walking over to Taemin and sitting beside him. The question confuses Minho, and he looks at Taemin for more information.

"Yea, a friend..." Taemin finds it hard to look at Minho, looking down instead and playing with his hands. It's a dead giveaway he is lying. Minho takes a breath, building his confidence before grabbing a hold of Taemin's waist and pulling him onto his lap.

"Wh-What are you doing Hyung?" Taemin's cheeks go red, his hands on Minho's shoulders to keep himself balanced. Minho responds by kissing Taemin, pulling him closer. Taemin doesn't know what to do, and instead of doing what he wants to do, which is kiss Minho back, he pulls away, looking at Minho in shock.

"Sorry" Minho immediately says, moving away from Taemin and leaving the room. Taemin isn't able to move for a few minutes, but when he finally can, he leaps from the bed and runs out the door, jumping on Minho and fully kissing him with all his energy.
