We ran for about a mile to their little aircraft. "She's a little dinked up but she's all good to go." Poe grinned. I gave him a half smile. I hope so. Lay turned to me, "here's a spare outfit i have in my compartment. I thought it'd be far more comfortable than your current get up." He chuckled. I nodded taking the clothing and running behind one of the near by trees.
Today's outfit consisted of a small white bra with a heart shaped break in the center and a white plaid high waisted skirt followed by white fishnets. i left the bra on and slipped on the large tan and orange long sleeved top and pants. I shrugged, better than nothing. I ran out to them tripping a few times on the pant legs.
"Hey gu-" i stopped. It was him. His slimy head turned to me and I cringed. "There ssssshe isssss. You liarssssss! I'll have your headsssss for thisssss!" He quickly slithered up to me and gripped my arm. "You'll remove thisssss immediately." He spoke while slobbering all over my face.
I spit at him. "I'm never going back there." I spoke with venom lacing each of my words. "Like hell youre not. The guardsssss are on their way!" He hissed with a smirk. I began to grow very nervous and very angry. Poe and Lay were trying to talk to the large man but he wasn't having any of it. He shoved both Poe and Lay to the ground and that was the last straw. I went up to the slimy man and kicked him. His body jiggled and he laughed at my efforts. I began to get so furious that his body began to levitate and he was pushed backwards into a tree. I stared at Poe and Lay wide eyed. They returned the glance.
I felt lightheaded.
I felt like i was falling.
I heard shouting, and then fighting.
Someone lifted me and threw me down somewhere.
They muttered out a "sorry." Before strapping me into a chair.
I opened my eyes to see Poe standing before me.
"It's okay. We'll leave soon. Just stay." He said quickly and urgently. He ran back outside to gather Lay and after that i kept fading in and out.
I felt the ship take off and jerk into the sky. I heard Lay and Poe talking about me. And then talking to me. But i couldn't respond. I pulled my eyelids open to see Lay and Poe staring at me. Lay smiled wide.
"If you could do that, how come you couldn't get out!" He shouted. Poe hit him soon after. I smiled and closed my eyes again. I woke to the ship jerking again. This time my body reacted. My body felt weird. It had a strange balance to it now. Lighter, if it could be.
"How're ya hanging soldier?" Said Poe as he waltzed into the room i was set in. I was on a makeshift bed on the floor that consisted of multiple jackets and blankets acting as a pillow and mattress. "Fine" i mumbled. "My head hurts".
"I bet." I closed my eyes and recalled what happened. I groaned. "What did i do?" Poe laughed. "That was the force." I tilted my head to the side and my ears twitched. "Huh"
"It was awesome that's what it was!" Yelled lay in the next room. Poe rolled his eyes and handed me a bottle of water which i drank hungrily. "We'll be landing soon. Get some more rest if you'd like." Said Poe before reaching over and patting my head. I smiled and swatted him away. He laughed slightly before leaving. God i was tired. I fell asleep for good.

I woke up in a real bed. In a bedroom. I sat up and pulled my hair out from under my butt. Whoever sat me down laid me straight on my hair. My scalp hurts from the tugging while i slept. Growing into another headache i closed my eyes. I heard a door swish open and close. "How's my favorite girl doing!" Said Lay while waltzing in. "Fine, headache, but fine." I muttered while stretching out. My ears twitched and my tail shook. I rubbed my eyes and smiled at Lay. He looked entranced.
"Where are we?" I spoke groggily. He got closer to me and pet my head. I smiled and leaned into his head pat. "You know I'm not 100% a whole cat right?" I said softly. He was rubbing my ears. It felt nice. "I know, but your ears are so cute and you're like a kitten and i can't help it." He laughed. "We're at the resistance hq. you made it." He smiled.
"You smile a lot." I said to him while standing. I brushed my fingers through my hair to attempt to calm it's wavy mess.
"I have no reason not to"
