As soon as i woke up the next morning, i got a head start before Lay could get to me. My hair was puffy and in waves after leaving it in its braids from the day before.
I slipped on the new outfit laid out for me, similar to the last one but it consisted of dark brown leggings and a large sweater like shirt that had a string around the waist to tighten it.
Cute.
I was about to press my door button when it opened before me. Lay stood there with a small smile adorning his face. He was surprised to see me awake and so close to his face, his cheeks automatically took in a deep red shade.
"Ah! S-shiro! I didn't think you'd be awake! I thought I'd have to wake you up again." He shouted, startled. His hand covered his face and i giggled at his shy appearance.
"I'm up, early. I wanted to get a head start on the day." I stepped out and closed the door. My hand took lays and i led him to the mess hall. He walked with a pep in his step and seemed to be beaming.
I smiled. I knew why he was so happy.

After eating a quick breakfast lay instructed me to the practice area once again. We were training for a good few hours until i laid on the floor. I was so tired. Sweat rolled down my face in waves. Lay sat next to me, holding his legs in his arms. He rested his chin on his knees and glanced over at me.
I rolled around onto my stomach and put my head in my hands. "Whatcha looking at?" I teased with a grin. His face once again turned a deep red shade. He smiled at my playful mood. He suddenly moved over to me and tackled me. "Always be prepared for an attack."
He rolled away and got up suddenly. I patted my warm cheeks and my eyes blurred. so cute.
"Come on, it's late. At this point we'll have linner." I chuckled.
"Linner?"
"Yeah! Lunch and dinner– because it's late." He grabbed for my hand and got me to my feet.
"Oh wait! I have to go change. I'm extra sweaty today. Go to the mess hall I'll meet you there."
He nodded and released my hand.
Once in my room i pulled my hair up into a loose bun to ease the sweat rolling off me in waves. I was about to take off my top when i felt a pulse and then a presence.
"So. Do you know where you're stationed at?" I heard his deep voice. Shit.
"ah- um. Not yet. I'll know by tonight i promise!"
"You need to be quicker."
"I know. Um- when you come to take me.. will you harm them? They saved me. I dont think you should." I turned to look at him.
He let out an irritated sigh. "You can't always get what you want." I chewed at my bottom lip.
"You can save one. When i come, tell me." I swayed from foot to foot. I nodded and the force released us.

"So, I've been wondering. What planet are we on? Or where are we? I'm a bit curious." I said between bites of food.
Lay seemed conflicted. "I'm apparently not supposed to tell you.. But i know you mean no harm. We're on the jungle moon of Yavin 4. They call our base the temple. Because you know, it's made inside of temples! Oh but don't tell anyone i told you, it's a secret." He nodded with a whisper.
I gulped and nodded with faux surprise. "I-i think I'm done eating." I got up and threw my food out. "I'll see you later, okay?" I turned and walked away without waiting for a response.
I felt bad for leaving him like that. But the sooner i get with The First Order, the better. I hope he keeps his promise.

"Well?" He asked. His voice distorted by the heavy mask.
"Um, he said something like the jungle moon of Yavin something. They call the base The Temple."
He nodded and turned.
"Be expecting me."
