Hey guys I'm back! It's been like forever since I made an actual update soooo yeah. Also, ya Colasexual now have a flag courtesy of Opal OpalHal . Thanks for the flag! Lol

When I say forever I actually mean it though it's been almost a fricken month @_@

(Y/n POV)

The morning after our games and truth or dare, the whole house is a disaster. There are bottles, plates, and pizza boxes littering the carpet and Ringo is sleeping in one of them. Of course, I'm not going to clean this mess up by myself, no way in hell. So instead, I run upstairs to Edd's room and knock on the door.

"Mmph who is it.."

"Edd, it's (y/n), I need help cleaning up the living area."

"Ugh, can I make coffee first?"

"Yeah. I'll go make it for you. Cola?"

"Hell yes!"

Edd is pretty weird. He'll put cola in anything he eats or drinks. As long as he cooks it himself at least. Pancakes, coffee, even pie. But I'll admit, more times than not his cola flavored delicacies are actually good. The kitchen is also a mess, but less so than the living room. At least I can see the floor. I get a mug from the cabinet and make coffee. Instead of using milk, I use cola. Gross.

(Tom's POV)

I have a bad headache. Ever since I started drinking less often, I have bad hangovers when I do drink. My friends have been trying to help me quit. It's really hard, since I'm an alcoholic. I think maybe it's time to go cold turkey, because obviously weaning myself off slowly isn't working very well. Maybe I can try to distract myself, it's going to take time. I walk down to the kitchen to get some Tylenol, and maybe a coffee. Usually that helps. (Y/n) is already there, making eggs and toast.

"Morning."

She jumps a bit, obviously startled.

"Jesus! You scared me, why do you walk so quietly?"

"Uh, sorry?"

"It's fine. How are you feeling? You drank a lot last night."

"Yeah, I'm feeling pretty shitty. I actually came down here to get coffee and medicine."

"Do you want some eggs too? Since I'm already cooking?"

"Yes please. And I want to talk to you about the drinking, actually."

"Okay. Just me or all of us?"

"Uh, just you."

I sit nervously as she flips the omelette in the pan. A couple minutes later, she still hasn't said anything and I begin to wonder what she's thinking. Before I can ask, though, she suddenly slides a huge, steaming plate of eggs, toast, and bacon in front of me. It looks delicious, and My mouth almost waters. Then, she also places a coffee, a napkin, a fork, and two Tylenol next to it, smiling.

"(Y/n) this looks amazing! Thanks!"

"Yeah of course! Why don't you eat a little bit and then tell me what it was you wanted to talk about."

I take a few bites, the food is as amazing as it looks. I feel instantly a little better.

"Okay, so, you know I've been trying to quit drinking."

She nods, smiling.

"Well, I don't think trying to drink less is working. I think I need to go cold turkey, but I going to need help."

"I'd love to help you, if it'll make you feel better."

"Yeah, I just, wanna clarify. When I quit, it's not going to be easy for me. I might get really irritable and mad at you and everyone else but no matter what, you can't let me drink."

"Okay, I promise. So what do I, I mean we, need to do to help?"

"Well, first we have to get rid of all the alcohol. What's in  my room, in the kitchen. Then, we should do things to distract me. Maybe go to the beach or on a trip or something to get my focus off it. And if I start being as asshole, try not to take it personally because it'll just be me trying to get my hands on something okay?"

"Yeah, okay. When are we starting?"

"Today."

She smiles and walks off, probably to go wake up everyone else. While she's gone, I clean up after myself and go look into the living room. It's a disaster. I should clean it for them,

*later*

Matt walks into the living area, and sees me with the vacuum,

"Oh, Tom, there you are. You're cleaning?"

"Yeah, I thought it would be a nice thing to do."

"Thanks. So (y/n) told us that you're quitting drinking once and for all. I'm really proud of you."

Surprisingly, Matt hugs me.

"Uh, yeah, thanks. So do we have a plan?"

"Yup! Next week we're going on a trip to Brighton, and for the rest of this week we're going to go to a few other fun places. Sound good? I also also asked them if it would be a good idea for us to sleep in the same room, so I can keep an eye on you and make you don't sneak a drink."

"Yeah, that's actually a good idea. Thanks Matt, I really appreciate it."

"Of course! You're one of my best friends and I'd do anything to help you! You should take a shower though, you smell gross and we're leaving soon."

I look at him quickly, trying to decide whether I'm insulted by that statement or not. I choose not, he's trying to help after all. Matt may not be the brightest but he really does mean well. I guess I should go take a shower. I wonder where we are going today.
