"oh" ryan spoke quietly. the idea not being new, he's thought of it before but thought it would be too selfish. "am i crazy? i just i don't know what to do anymore..." brendon admitted, "i don't have a car, i barely have enough money for food i just" ryan leaned in and pecked brendon's lips to stop his rambling. "i um— i've thought about that before." ryan spoke quietly and caressed brendon's cheek for a moment before dropping them back into his lap. they stayed silent in the dim lighting of a far away street light.
tonight brendon and ryan sat atop the monkey bars of a near by park that ryan made them go to. "i just feel like it's our only answer right now." brendon whispered as he looked at ryan's lap, contemplating to grab his hands. "i think it is." ryan admitted. he looked up at brendon with hopeful eyes. "as long as you're okay with it ryan. you can back out whenever. 5 days before or 5 minutes before." brendon explained taking ryan's hand in his own, "i want you to be sure, this is, quite literally, life changing." ryan nodded with a light smile on his lips. "i trust you brendon."
