Chapter 54 - Fight for You

(Channarong's POV)

"Miwa, let's hurry up, dear. I think we are not late." I say to my wife who is struggling to walk on her heels.

"Wait, dear. If I walk too fast, my make-up will get ruined by my sweat." She fans her face with her hands.

We are trying to find a good seat to watch the battles. My son Ming has told us about their participation. Ming and Wayo are both joining this tournament! Ming has been aiming to enter this tournament since he was in the highschool but, why is Wayo joining it too? I know that he has been clingy to his brother Ming but I don't think he would join such tournament just because of that habit.

Another thing that Ming has told us, is about Wayo's knowledge. Ming told us that Wayo knew he was adopted. He just told us about it this morning. Ming said he was unsure if we should know about it but because we're going to come here, he didn't have a choice. He had to tell us anyway, sooner or later.

We are going to have a talk with Wayo after today's battles end.

"Dear! Isn't that Wayo and Suthee?" My wife asks me while pointing her finger towards one of the flying screens.

She is right. That's Suthee. We knew he went to study in the neutral lands as well but we didn't know that he's going to join this tournament.

"Oh, there is Ming! I think I have seen his opponent somewhere but I can't remember." I say to my wife, also pointing my finger to one of the screens.

We keep alternating between watching Wayo's and Ming's fight. But then our eyes are fixated on Wayo when he starts using his magic. He is a light magic user?! We are both shocked to see a light magic sphere after eighteen years.

Not just that, we are even more shocked when Wayo uses dark magic spell after that. He easily wins against Suthee. After he is sent back to the real dimension, he flies towards a handsome tall guy and hugs him tight. This is new. Ming didn't tell us about him having a close guy friend other than Suthee.

Wayo is shy. He will definitely flinch if a stranger kisses him on the cheek. But, right now he is not. It means that guy is not a stranger. He looks like a player. What is their relationship?

"Could that be his boyfriend? Oh my god, my little baby. He is all grown up now. Why didn't he introduce that boy to us?" My wife asks.

"Seriously, Miwa? That guy looks like a playboy. Look at his style!" I point my finger towards the guy who is happily spinning my boy around down there at the side of the stadium.

"Shh. As long as he is handsome and nice, I think he will be a good boyfriend to our baby." My wife presses her finger on my lips.

Everything is just so confusing right now. What has happened after he starts living in neutral lands? First, he joins this tournament. Second, he is a light and dark magic user. Third, he has someone who is probably his boyfriend.

Ming didn't tell me any of this!

Wayo is such a pure boy but Ming lets him date some young guy that I don't know of? What is Ming thinking? Tsk.

"Dear, isn't that..." Miwa catches my attention when she suddenly stands and runs towards a man. "Kha... Khamnan!!!!"
