We let Moon camp with us for the night since it was already dark.

She lit the fire that Swift prepared before he got the chance to think about it. To tell the truth Moon is faster than Swift when lighting something on fire.

When I became tired I laided down on my side and Swift curled up next to me near my chest, his head resting on my arm.

Was is cold? yes.

But Swifts body heat was on my chest and that was good enough for me. I have been living like this for around the past year.

Suddenly, a black, no dark scarlet wing was wrapped around me, making me suddenly warm and cozy.

I smiled as I then fell asleep for the first time in a long time with out the cold nipping at my toes.

When I woke up I felt refreshed and my leg felt much better. Swift was still sound alseep next to me, rings if smoke coming from his nostrils as every morning. Him slightly snoring in the progress.

I sat up and streched. Fixing my cloak on my shoulders. Yes, I sleep with my cloak on. Problem?

I then noticed Moon by the lake. Watching something in the water with very careful and steady eyes.

Her head jabbed into the water, and came back out with two fish in her mouth.

Watching her fish reminds me of Swift fishing. When Swift fishes he is gliding above the water, diving in, chasing the fish underwater. Grabbing the fishes tail emerging from the water, though the fish usually escapes his grip since he usually only grabs the tails.

Thats why I am the one who fishes in our partner ship. Though, I never liked fish.

Moon came over to where I was sitting and set the two fish down.

"Morning." She said happily and I retured it.

She cooked the fish perfectly with a single small plasma blast.

I usually roast the fish on a stick above the fire after Swift finally lights the fire that is.

I think it will be nice to keep Moon around for awhile. Plus, Moon is an early riser unlike Swift. Who usually wakes up later in the day, if I let him sleep that is.

I ate my fish and Moon went to the lake for hers.

Swift soon woke up while Moon was fishing. He saw the cooked fish next to me almost right away.

"Is that for me?" He asked pointing a claw at it. I thought for a moment. "Fine. Its yours." I rolled my eyes and he dived at the fish, devouring it.

Once he finish he looked up at me. "Thank you, and good morning." After he said that he went back to licking the fish bones.

I soon finshed eating and Moon came back with a full stomach, I am gussing she eats her food alive, or raw. or both...

Unlike Swift who cant eat anything alive, and or moving. He is a picky eater as well. He is a one of a kind terror all right. And somehow I got stuck with him.

Swifts P.O.V

I dont get it, Light has not been paying much attention to me all day.

We are in the thick woods again and Light is riding on Moons back, leaving me to walk. Usually Light would walk and I would ride on her shoulder or fly above her head. Or i would be on a solo look over on the island. But thats only when we arrive to a new island, like yesterday.

Its as if Moon took my place. She is better than me at everything. Light obviously noticed that.

I feel as if... she does not need me anymore...
