The only thing close to a "Sleep Paralysis" situation I've ever been in was when I was in High school. I was laying in bed on my side, no blanket over me because I think it was summer, or maybe at the time I just really didn't like being under the covers. I dunno. Just know that my feet were bare and exposed. So I was just laying there, and right when I was almost asleep like 'two more seconds and you're completely unconscious' about to sleep. Then suddenly I felt, what in my head, felt like on old lady's long, bony, strangely-long-finger-nailed-pointer-finger just sorta boop the pad on my big toe. Like, no scratching, no clawing. Just a teeny poke. But it was more than enough, lemme tell you.
So, I fucking did a windmill kick and flipped myself onto my back (which made me feel like a goddamn ninja), grabbed my phone, turned on the flashlight and proceeded to search every shadowed corner of my room (without leaving my bed of course. I was still a scared lil shit). Of course no one was there, but I was still panting and panicking and I remember thinking "WTF THERE WAS AN OLD LADY I SWEAR ON MY LIFE". So after a few minutes of just looking into the darkness I was like "Hello? Ma'am?" really quietly and I think I started shaking. And I swear I felt like a little kid because I wanted to call out to my mom so she could save me from the scary old lady.I don't think I went back to sleep after that, I was too worried about the old lady coming in to poke my toes again while I slept.
But I do remember telling literally anyone who would listen the next day what happened, that's for damn sure.
