* Leslie POV*

I never saw her so upset. The only time would've been the Spongebob toy incident back in 1st grade.

I never thought I'd see the day when she'd actually loose it, the day she'd snap.

We all ran out, even Austin decided to tag along...don't get me wrong the dude never did anything to me it's just I don't like him picking on my two girls. I'm not being possessive, I'm just looking out for them.

She stood in the rain, face up and her hair hung down her shoulders and back, damp from the rain. Her eyes were closed and her hands were held out, she looked like she was letting the rain wash away the pain. I admit she looked beautiful when she zones out that way, but she already liked Elms and I didn't wanna put more pressure on her about me having a crush on her.

Yea I know, I know I'm a jerk but when you look at someone as sweet, beautiful and amazing as her...God Damn it you're bond to fall in love! But then, I can't take away her happiness let alone can I give it to her.

I ran ahead of everyone else, trying to get to her. Then she opens her eyes, and her gaze sets on me. She smiles and I feel my insides go all fuzzy then she passes out.

*Lola POV*

I stood in the rain. I didn't care if I was soaked or if it was cold, I just wanted to let the rain sort of wash it all away. My mind flashed through my time with my father and the memories of when Tracy came into our lives.

I heard distant feet running towards me and my gaze set on Leslie. Our eyes met and I swear I could see his eyes smile, then I pass out.

*Barrie POV*

Leslie is the first to reach her, he takes her in his arms and panics as he holds her limp body.

"Lolo, baby wake up" Leslie says through gritted teeth. I know he's about to cry.

Lola, Leslie and myself all met in kindergarten and we were inseparable, even now. Through her hear break and pain it was always Leslie who could talk sense into her and I was the one who'd make sure she was safe. When Louis and Deina came into the equation all was well...though Lola began getting more closer to Louis.

This kinda made me realize that Leslie wasn't only a concerned and helpful friend...He felt something for her.

~ flashback ~

"Hey guys" Lola said, beaming with happiness...as always.

We both smiled at her. "Hey, did you hear? We're getting new students today!" She squealed with excitement.

"What's so exciting about new classmates, I mean no offence Lolo but they're just new people" I asked, receiving a punch in my stomach from Leslie.

"Ouch, dude what did I say?"

I asked, oblivious to Lola's sad face. "That's great Lolo, at least maybe we'd find some new friends huh?" Leslie said trying to lighten her mood.

"Yea...I guess" she mumbled

"Lolo, I'm sorry...ice cream after school? My treat" I say smiling.

"I love you guys" she says as she hugs us both.

We're all doing our painting when Deina and Louis step in. We all look at them, well actually more like we were gawking at them. Hey! We were kids okay?! Don't judge me! Anyway Lolo being a more confident and happy soul, she bounced up to them and introduced herself and then gestured to our seat as she dragged the two new people to our desk.
