FRIENDSHIP Is Forever

Always and forever

Weeks passed and we all came to our differences. The scene at the hospital was forgotten and I told them that I didn't care, as long as he was here now...I was happy.

Surprisingly Austin became pretty good buddies with the entire gang and Tracy apologized about her behaviour that day, she moved to Florida that summer and never came back, we never heard from her either. It was like she disappeared.

It was summer break and everyone was so excited to leave school for the holidays.

"Guys, where's Louis?" Deina asked as she sat near me.

"Well I don't know but-"

"Oh Mahn, you guys are really embarrassing!" Austin hisses at Leslie who's having a full on, hearty laugh along with the guys.

I smile at him, my best friend that loved me and always will. Even if death tore us apart.

"Hey you" Deina says as she walks over to Louis. He picks her up into his arms and she wraps her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist as he lifts her off the ground and into a kiss. I roll my eyes and laugh, these two human beings.

"Hey baby" Elms says as he smiles warmly and hugs me "I missed you"

"It's only been 4 hours babe" I chuckle

"I know, but I just miss you" he whines as he kisses the corner of my lips.

"Hey sweetheart" Leslie says as I leave Elms's arms and into his. Hugging me close he smiles wide, his eyes look at me with excitement.

*Leslie POV*

I smile at her and try not to give away anything in my expression but she's so smart. Turning to the rest of the gang she asks suspiciously.

"Is there something I don't know yet?"

We all laugh, except Deina who is sharing the same confused expression as Lolo.

"Hey what's so funny, goonies?" Deina asks, not helping but smile because of how confused her and Lolo are.

"Well Dae, Leslie has an important announcement to make" Austin finally says

They both look at me, expectant expressions on their faces. I smile at them as I pull Deina out of Louis's arms, Lolo moves closer under my arm and I also tuck Deina opposite my other arm. Arms around me and between my two favourite girls I feel my heart settle and I feel happy.

"Guys" I begin " it just so happens that I took a look into my cancer issues and was given medical help" stopping I let them digest the information, then I continue " they cured it, well for now and so I'm happy and healthy...I guess life isn't so cruel huh?, I wanted to say thank you to you both for being supportive and loving me for all I am." I stop and see they're both burying their faces in my chest and sobbing.

"Hahaha, you two are so soft"

I receive kisses on both sides of my face and a slap on the forehead from Lolo.

"You know we love you right?" Deina asks as Lolo looks at me.

"Always and forever, you two babies" I smile hugging them close.

The guys all come for a group hug and we all laugh. Nothing was gonna destroy this friendship...not even death.
