*Deina POV*
Ever since that day Elms and Austin fought and Lola finally found her happiness I've been so caught up thinking about him...Louis never told me or the way Lola said it, I never noticed which was true now that I think of it.
Louis was a jock and the school's famous playboy. Austin was just a wanna be but the real kings of the playboy status in the school were him and Elms. I liked Louis but after what happened one night at a party it all changed.
~flashback~
"Woohoo!! I'm so tall, ouch! The the f-"
"Lola I hate you!, that's my favourite dress!" I screeched as Lola got up looking dazed.
Music was pouring into the night and teenagers, some sophomore, juniors and Seniors were drunk, some tipsy, some couples making out in the hallways and others just being plain stupid- casing point 'me and Lola'
"I think I can feel wind up my ads cheeks right now" Lola said as she laughed
I laughed at her antics "where's Louis?"
"Probably shtupping some sophomore" Lola said looking around.
"I'm gonna go look for him, wait let me just leave you with Leslie or Barrie"
"I'm hungry" she whined
"Here"
I almost jumped out of my skin when Louis appeared with a plate of pizza. Obviously being Lola she ate like a pig, but I loved her anyway.
"So...Dae" Louis said as he trailed off slowly
"Yes?" I said, my eyes lighting up as I took in his appearance.
He wore a white shirt that hugged his masculine body and long faded blue jeans with Adidas shoes, his tanned skin was beautiful against the light and his brown hair was messy as it covered his forehead and his baby blue eyes were concentrated on me. He took my breath away. yea I know, I know it's too cheesy.
"I wanted to talk to you about-" he stops as Leslie walks up to us. He whispers something to him before looking at me then at Louis again. Louis smiled, touched my cheek as he looked at me. The look in his eyes hypnotized me. Caressing my cheek he turned and left, leaving me flushed and dazed. Oh my God, I'll never get tired of him
"Earth to Dae boo" Leslie said chuckling " Come on, let's take a walk"
I looked at him and simply nodded. We left Lola with Barrie and both walked out of the house to the street for a walk.
"So about the thing with Aus-"
"I don't wanna talk about it"
"Oh...s-sorry, I just thought I could help"
I look at him and give him a confused face. Chuckling at my confusion, he then explains.
"Like, maybe you wanna talk about it...air it out"
"Oh" was all I could say.
"Deina I just wanna help you out, plus Louis is-"
We're interrupted by a sound of glass being smashed as someone throws Austin onto the front lawn...Well to be more accurate, through the window out into the front lawn.
Running we go to stop the fight.
"Hey! What the he-" Leslie says but is cut off by Austin
"You fucking bastard!!" He yells at Louis who now walks out to confront him
"Me?!, you're just a wanna be and I fucking told you not to touch her!"
"Oh yea?, well you missed your chance and besides she doesn't love you, she loves me now fucking get over it!"
Leslie, Barrie and Elms are holding Louis back and Lola is whispering something into his ears to calm him down. I run frantically to get to Louis when Austin grabs me by the arm.
"Let g-"
I'm cut off immediately when Austin crushes his lips against mine. Tears spring from my eyes as Louis stops struggling and the whole gang all stare at me in disbelief. Okay I'll explain so that you don't get your brain cells in a mix.
*Two months earlier*
"Hey Deina" Austin called from across the hall as he squeezed through the crowd to get to me.
"What do you want Mathews?" I grumbled
"Woah, cool it I'm not gonna kill you...just two minutes, please" he begged
I turn and nod. I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, let alone him.
"Can I date you?"
Now this guy got my full attention.
"Wait what?!"
"Ugh, I said can I date you Deina?"
I flush like ten shades of red.
"I ah...no, I like someone else"
"Come on, just because I kissed Jane in front of you you're gonna hold a grudge?"
"Fuck the hell out of my life Matthews" I said flipping him the bird and walking off
So there you have it, Austin had made it look like we were actually dating with that kiss and to make matters worse it was in front of the one person I didn't want to see it happen in front of.
I pushed Austin off me but Louis had already got into his car and gone. I ran onto the road, tears streaming down my face and totally broken. I sank to the ground and hugged my knees as I buried my face into them and cried hard.
He didn't even let me explain.
