"We have to go find and tell someone!" Deeja panted as Crimson got changed.
"Let's get Hunter, he might be able to help." Crimson suggested, buttoning up her black skinny jeans, then sliding into her turquoise vest top.
"Do you know where he is?" Deeja asked.
"Yes he's training." Crimson said as she finally put on her black leather jacket. "Let's go!" she shooed Deeja out of the room and they began running through the hallways.
~
"Crap he's training with the other guards too." Deeja cursed."Yes but this is an emergency, I'll go get him."
"Yeah you go do that." Deeja Smiled flirtatiously towards one of the other guards.
Crimson stepped onto the stage that the men were fighting on, she ducked and turned so that she wouldn't get hit in the face and finally she reached Hunter.
She stood up straight, as she tried to act proper. Then, cleared her throat, "Hunter, The Queen wishes to speak to you."
"Yes I'm coming, right away." He said instantly, all the guards were looking at them with confusion and intrigue. They didn't pay much attention to it as they walked of the stage and returned to Deeja, who was still looking at one of the guards.
"Deeja lets go!" Crimson snapped.
"What's going on?" Hunter asked, but they both ignored him. Crimson began tugging on her elbow. "A little help please." Crimson said through her teeth.
She and Hunter pulled Deeja away from the training grounds but she still looked like she was in a daze. "Deeja! Hell-stingers! Remember?"
"Right, Hunter!"
"Yes?" His face looked lost.
"Noelani and some other person are going bring hell-stingers to the ball at 10 o'clock." She whispered.
"What! Those could kill everyone, how did she get them?"
"We don't know, but we can't let them go through with it." Crimson cut in.
"Well Nah Crimson, we are just going to let every body bleed out of their eyes!" Hunter snarled.
"Shut up!" She got a nearby plant to cover his mouth with a root.
"Mhhh Mhhh!" He struggled "I've been practicing!" She grinned, suddenly he took off his glove and when he was about to touch the plant... "Don't do it!" Crimson screamed. She got rid of the root as quickly as possible. He looked at her weirdly but she stuck her tongue out at him.
Last time he killed her plants, she became extremely weak and light headed. She even vomited but didn't say anything because she didn't want to upset him, he already hated his magic, why make him feel worse?
"Guys we don't have time for this!" Deeja huffed.
"Ok we should tell the Queen!" Hunter said.
"No she will cancel the ball." Crimson moaned.
"So? It's just a stupid ball where people talk and dance. It's pointless!" Deeja and Crimson crossed their arms and frowned at him.
"Fine we will do it our selves. Do you know anything about the other person?" He rolled his eyes.
"Yes, the hooded figure had a tattoo on their left hand of a crescent moon with flames coming out of it." Deeja informed.
"Wait! A crescent moon? I've seen that on one of the cooks' hands! I think her name was Monica." Crimson stated.
"Why would a cook have hell-stingers." Hunter asked.
"Because maybe she's trying to seek revenge."
"On who." Crimson gulped, her head was spinning, so many people in the castle and they could all be dangerous backstabbers.
"Shes always getting hit by other guards I don't know why but they're always whipping or slapping her." Hunter said.
"Well we have to stop Noelani, and Monica."
"I'll talk to Monica when she feeds me my lunch." Crimson smiled but it didn't reach her eyes.
"And I'll kill Noelani!" Deeja's claws struck out as she grinned.
"No you can't kill her, the Queen has a strong alliance with Bahar's King and that's his daughter." Hunter said.
"Maybe he wants her to unleash the hell-stingers." Crimson gasped.
