"What's Plaguferorus?"Hunter paled as the blood drained from his tan face.
"Witches carry it and can use it against people in a defense mechanism. Cecil told me about it in one of our magic lessons. It looked just like this." Crimson explained, tilting his arm.
"Stay back! You might catch it." Stepping away slowly, Hunter shook his head.
"Only witches can give it to whom they please. Don't worry I can't catch it from you. But it could...it could kill you." Crimson clenched her stomach again as she winced in pain.
"Are you ok?" Hunter ran to her quickly. She nodded. "Yes I'm fine, but we have to find you an antidote, it's not that bad, but it will start spreading and when it reaches your face...it's over." She tried to hold back the tears but they came out anyway. He lifted her chin up, "Hey, Hey. I'm not going to die. I know we will find something, and for now-let's finish these bastards!" He smiled broadly and she smiled right back.

With one final roar of fire, a quake in the ground, a gust of wind and wave of water, the war was...OVER. Soldiers cheered in victory as they raised they're swords and weapons alike above their heads. Fireworks exploded up in the sky. But what many of them didn't know was that the brave queen of Rhijaline had exploded just like the fireworks that now flared in the dark sky above and now her remains coated the battlefield just like some of her loyal allies and recruits. The eight heroes looked at the field of dead corpses and Brice could almost hear their shouts of joy from heaven too.
Everyone had fought with honor.
Everyone had lost so much whilst this war occurred. But everyone also gained something in return."Next mission-Help me not die." Hunter tried to sound amused about the possibility of taking his last breaths but everyone could hear the edge of fear laced around his words. A little laugh came out of Darya. "We won't let that happen, sir Hailum." She bowed mockingly.
"Shut up Darya!" Hunter snapped but the nervousness in his words were gone, replaced only by amusement.
"Who are we looking for now?" Autumn asked.
"Witches." Crimson anwsered, still staring hollowly at the field.
"The Shadow Kingdom has the most and best witches. It's a nicer place than you think." Brice countered.
"The Shadow Kingdom?" Ember mused, "Sounds like a death wish." He laughed hoarsely, but everyone knew he wasn't joking.
"Trying to kill four element wielders, a flesh eating cat, a shifter, a soul-sucker and a fae hypnotist is a death wish!" Deeja picked out the remaining flesh in her teeth.
"Yh I don't think anyone wants to get on the bad side of Deeja." Jermine shook his head, a grin on his blood crusted face. "No you really don't." She cackled. And Brice shivered as her laugh reverberated in his spine.
"So where is the Shadow Kingdom?" Autumn asked Brice.
"In the 1st realm. Witches were one of the first magical beings to exist. Fuaths too." He informed as he tried picking out the dry blood and dirt from underneath his nails.
"So we just leave things here?" Darya finally sounded serious.
"The realm leaders will fix things, they are extremely strong. Trust me I've met them." Brice said. "All Right! Well off to the Realm of Wonders we go. But first let's get cleaned up and at least have a little rest!" She pleaded.
"I think your right Darya, I don't even think my legs can hold out for much longer all that fire has taken a lot out of me." Ember agreed.

So as they walked away from the battlefield. The eight lost souls had finally found each other and united together and as they made their way to the castle they prepared for their next adventure together.
They could accomplish anything and everything if they worked as a team. Crimson smiled at the new friends that would go through hell to save her and she them.
"I love you guys." She beamed at her dirt and blood and scar covered friends.
