Sleep-over

"Beer? Since when do you drink beer?"
Sammy stared at Jordan in disbelieve.
"Well, time changes people.", he explained and packed a six-pack in his bag.
"I'm pretty sure that last time we had a sleep-over party at yours you drank berry juice mixed with water. And that was only about 2 months ago."
"My dad took me to this old bar at the end of town sometimes and we drank beer there. Kinda got used to that."
She just sighed at that and walked towards the cashier to pay her apple juice.
"Hey Sammy."
A familiar voice called from behind her.
She didn't want to turn around.
They get along well now but still.
"Hey Johnny."
She kinda fake smiled at him.
"Nice to meet you here. How's it going?"
He had beer in his bag too.
Somewhere in the back of the shop she saw Middy walking around searching for something.
Damn alcoholics everywhere.
She'd bet 100$ that the beer is for the upcoming band practice.
"Yeah well I'm fine but I gotta go because I have plans actually.", she lied to get rid of him.
It was weird to be alone with him even though they talked just on Monday at her place.
"Hi"
Jordan appeared out of nowhere next to her with the beer.
Johnny gave him a nod.
Men.
Not even able to say something back.
"I ehm... Jordan this is uh Johnny. He's a bandmate of Archie. Johnny this is my friend Jordan."
She introduced them to each other.
Embarrassing.
Jordan doesn't know that she is kind of friends with Archie's bandmates.
"Well, it's nice to meet you Johnny. Seems like you are in the middle of a conversation. I can just go pay for your juice as well."
He grinned, took the juice out of her hand before she could say anything and disappeared.
"He your boyfriend?"
Oh man how she hated that question.
"No. No, we're just friends."
"Does he know that?", he laughed.
Sammy raised her eyebrows and took a step towards the exit.
"I'm sorry but I really got to go."
He knew that she lied but he let her go.
"I'll see you later then.", he called after her.
"Later?"
What was later?
"Archie invited us over for dinner.",
he pointed at the beer in his bag, "or what you like some juice?"
"Uhm actually I'm staying at Jordan's place tonight. For dinner too."
He seemed surprised and a little bit disappointed.
"Not a couple huh?"
"No two other girls are coming too. What about you? Are you gay with Archie? Because I've seen you over a lot lately."
"Oh man 3 girls in one night. Not as good as me but still. Respect. Haha no I'm not gay. Why? Interested?" He smirked at her.
Oh dear hopefully he wouldn't see the blush on her face now.
"No I'm not interested. And I don't want to know how many girls you fuck every night. Bye."
With that she turned around and left.
She heard him laughing after her but pretended like she didn't.
"So what's going on between you and this Johnny-boy?", asked Jordan and grinned as she sat on the co-drivers seat.
"Absolutely nothing. You know exactly what kind of relationship I have with Archie's bandmates."
"Well to me it didn't look like you hate each other much."
He started the engine and drove out of the car park.
"Okay we don't hate each other but there's nothing going."
"Sams, this guy fancies you so fucking bad."
"Ha, as if."
The thought of that made her laugh.
Never in a lifetime would she imagine something like that.
"I saw him looking at you before I joined you. He definitely does fancy you."
"No."
This was the end of this conversation no.
It always worked.
Not a single time he brought the topic back up on their way home.

They had a lot of fun this night.
Sammy and another friend called Sarah caught Jordan and Anne kissing.
So she was actually right with her guess that there's something going on between the two of them.
They admitted that they've been dating for over one month.
She was so happy for them.
They are such a cute couple.
Sammy has only had one boyfriend in her life so far.
His name was Ben and he only wanted sex.
She loved him too much to see it though.
Jordan had a fight with him once because he tried to force her to sleep with him.
She hasn't seen him again since that day.
And she wasn't comfortable with boys anymore either.
But she was pretty fine with being single.
More time for studying and stuff like that.
She would just wait for the prince to come.
"Okay so enough about us what about you two?", Anne asked Sammy and Sarah.
Jordan just smirked at that but didn't say anything.
"Well there is this cute guy at college...", started Sarah.
Sammy didn't pay any attention to what she was saying, lost in her own thoughts.
Was there somebody in her life?
She felt her heartbeat rising whenever she talked to Johnny but something going on between them?
No.
She was pretty sure that it's just because they barely know each other and she doesn't even talk to boys that often.
Only to Jordan or Archie but that's different.
Johnny is cute but being cute is not all that counts in her opinion.
She doesn't know anything about him to be honest.
Except for the fact that he smokes and drinks beer which isn't really the characteristic she wanted her boyfriend to have.
But he is a pretty good musician.
He plays piano and guitar.
And probably the drums as well.
And he can sing.
Well this is actually a good thing about him.
"Sammy?"
Somebody interrupted her thoughts.
"What about you? Is there a boy you like?", Anne asked.
"Or a boy that likes you?", added Jordan smirking.
"No there isn't. And I don't think that there's somebody who's interested in me."
She looked directly at Jordan who didn't stop smirking.
"Are you sure? Not even one of Archie's..."
"No."
Silence.
"I mean I don't think so."
With that they just left the topic and made dinner.
Well make as in put the pizza into the oven.
Her thoughts went back to her place where Archie and the boys had dinner now.
With all the beer they are probably drunk already.
Maybe they might as well fuck some girls now.
She never got any proof that they fuck random girls on tour or whenever but she hardly believes that they don't.
They are rockstars why wouldn't they.
"Pizza is ready bitchesss!!"
After dinner they watched all the Harry Potter movies although they had already seen them last time they had a sleep-over party.
It's kind of an ritual to watch the movies.
It just never became boring.
To the other girls surprise Jordan drank 4 bottles of beer.
He was drunk after that but the other girls were too because they had some self-mixed cocktail stuff.
Sammy didn't drink and fell asleep long after them.
She thought about what happens when she comes home next day.
If it would be like nobody was ever at her place or if there would lay bottles all over the floor.
She fell asleep with the decision that whatever it will be like she wouldn't care.
It was not her mess and she wouldn't take care of a mess that wasn't hers.
