Hunk sucked at skating.

Having grown up in Hawaii, he didn't really get ice and snow. So he never really had to learn to move on it.

Until, at least, Lance thought it was a good idea to go ice skating so he could beat Keith.

Of course, turns out Lance sucks too.
Keith, surprisingly, was pretty good.

"Why do you care so much what he thinks?" Hunk asked with a sigh, interrupting Lance's current rant about the raven haired boy

"Because.." Lance looked around to make sure nobody else could hear
"He's always just been one above me, yknow? Better at the garrison, the better paladin, and now--" he looked over at Keith, who had laced his fingers with Shiro
"A better boyfriend"

Hunk frowned, and not knowing how else to react, kissed his 'best friend'.

Lance stiffened, and Hunk pulled away, red as hell
"I, uh, always thought you were great at the garrison. And the best pilot I know! Blue is lucky to have you" then, taking a deep breath, he added
"And I think you'd be an amazing boyfriend-- I mean, if you wanted and oh god I just made it awkward i--"

And he was cut off by another kiss
