DANIEL!!!!

A few days later, I go to my professor and change my project partner. I haven't seen Kenta ever since that day. I'm just on my way back home now.
I go and throw myself on the couch, when I receive a call from Mark, my senior and Daniel's best friend.

"Hello, Yeah Sunbae?"

"Yerin, calm down and listen to me.. Daniel is...Daniel is..."

He hesitates to answer. I can't help but panic.

"W..WHAT IS IT? TELL ME, QUICK!"

"Daniel has fractured his hand.."

"WHAT? HOW?"

"I don't know, I just arrived at the hospital, you should come over soon to Asan hospital"

"Yeah, I'll come right away!"

When I just open my door to leave, Kenta comes in. I'm so confused to even comprehend what's happening.

"How do you know where I live? Why are you here?" I asked him.

"Those irrelevant stuff don't matter now. Did you hear about Daniel?"

"Yeah, but how... do... you... know.."

I stand there confused, staring at him.

"I...was the one...who sent people to beat him up."

I stood there not able to believe my ears.

"He put on a strong fight apparently and that's how he ended up only with one fractured arm."

I could feel the tears rolling down my cheeks, they kept flowing, I couldn't stop them.

"Why did you do that?! WHY?! Why did you!.." I shouted at Kenta, hitting him and crying at the same time.

"I didn't feel that bad, but now that I'm seeing you cry... I ..."

My legs went weak at the thought of Daniel. Kenta immediately caught hold of me.

"Why did you do it?" I asked him, hitting his shoulder and sobbing.

"FOR YOU! For you to become my girlfriend! If you do, I'll stop!"

"That... I can't..."

"Then I won't stop too!"

He takes out his phone and says that he's going to call up the guys again-
"Hello, hyung?"

"Oppa, NO!"

I hurriedly try to snatch his phone, which I fail to do, but at least I hang up on the call making me stumble on top of Kenta on my bed.

"Are you alright?!" he asks me.

"Yes..."

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I nod because if I don't, Daniel is going to be hurt again.
His phone rings.

"Hello? Oh, it's nothing. Girl's voice? Oh that was..."

Kenta kisses my forehead.

"My girlfriend. Yeah, I don't think I'll need your help ever again"

I'm relieved when he says that he won't need their help ever again.

"Okay hyung, bye."

"Can't you leave me?" I asked, looking up at him.

"No..."

I feel my tears well up.

"OK OK! DON'T CRY!" he says, pushing me to the side of the bed but still holding me.

"Can you stop? This is very uncomfortable for me..."

"It isn't uncomfortable for me though?" he says, pulling me closer with a smirk.

"Please... Stop..." I said, pushing him away.

"Alright alright..." he says while getting up.
I sit up on my bed.

"I'll get going now" he says, patting my head.

"And don't forget, you aren't supposed to go visit Daniel. If I hear that you went, then.."

I sit there dejected.

"Bye..." he said, closing the door.

I cry my eyes out, throwing all the objects around me in anger.
