Antonia's POV
"Did you hear that there's a carnival coming this weekend" Gianna squeals.
"Nope" I pop my mouth.
"Really? You're kidding" she holds up a flyer right in front of my face.
"Come on, we have to get to math class" I drag her to the classroom.
"Good morning class. I have a worksheet for you guys to do with a partner" Mrs. Ross holds up a stack of papers.
Gianna and I find a seat next to each other and begin working.
"Why does James keep looking at you for" she whispers while looking towards the back of the room.
"He asked to take me out on a date, and I said no" I whisper back.
"Why" she gasps.
I just shrug my shoulders.

"Hi twins" I greet the twins as they get off the bus.
"I learned how to multiply today" Annette smiles.
"That's good. I'm proud of you" I smile down at her.
We all walk hand in hand back to our home.
"Hey ma" the twins run to her side as she's standing in the middle of the kitchen.
"Here's a snack for you guys" my mom hands them a plate of oranges.
They walk to the dinning room table to eat.
"Need me to come help you tonight Ma" I ask her.
"I would love the help" she replies while cleaning the counters.

Just as we are about to take a seat for dinner, my dad collapses. He struggles to breathe and clenches his hand over his heart.
"Dad!" the twins shout as tears fall down their faces.
I call nine one one.
He has to make it.
"Stay with us dad" I kneel down besides him and cry.
The ambulance arrives within five minutes.
"We got to you in time sir" the paramedics say as they put him on the stretcher.
"I told you that you need to take it easy and to eat healthier" my mother cries.
"You go with dad. I'll take the twins with me to clean the Dolan household. Don't worry mom" I tell her as I give her a reassuring hug.
She leaves with the ambulance.
"Is dad going to be okay" Annette wipes away her tears.
