" That's not fair Roman ." Hennessy fake pouted

" How come ? You gone have the same last name as us one day." I said

" Last name not whole initials. I don't want to be the odd ball ." She crossed her arms across her chest

We were sitting in the living room with her feet in my lap watching cartoons. We were suppose to be coming up with names for the twins but everything I wanted she didn't and everything she wanted was just not matching with our lifestyle . Like she wanted to name our daughter Hailey. The fuck is a Hailey ? Some country farm type shit. I can't be a drug lord raising a Hailey from the Hills. That shit didn't fit. We were still going back and forth when the preview of the news came on.

" Tonight on California News on channel 6. A young woman by the name of Genesis Young and a young man by the name of Greg Young are still missing. Police are saying the two homes were found burnt down to the ground but they were not found in them. Detective Von is saying he believes the two were on the run from someone and ended up fleeing their homes before they arrived to burn the house down. Detective Von also says he believes they are not missing just in hiding but he don't know from who. This story will continued tonight on channel 6 at 6." The reporter woman said before the commercial switched

I looked over to Hennessy and she didn't look bothered one bit. I at least thought she would be scared of the police finding out that we killed them but she wasn't. She was still writing names down and scratching them out when the doorbell rung. Ms.Sue went to go answer it before calling me over. When I came to the door there were 2 cops and a Detective. I wasn't scared cause they had no leads and besides I burnt all evidence to ashes.

" How you doing Sir? I'm Detective Von and this is Officer Smith and Officer Jones." He said holding up his badge " May we come in and ask you a few questions?"

By that time Hennessy was wobbling over to the front door.

" Naw but you free to ask me questions ?" I said

" Do you know these two people ?" He held up a photo of Genesis and Greg

" I know the female . We use to fuck around a couple months ago." I said

" When was the last time you spoken with Ms Young ?" He asked writing on a notepad

" This summer. Last time we spoke was at a bar. Then she disappeared." I said

" Well she and her brother has been missing for about 2 months. Know anything about that ?" He asked

" I don't . Like I said I haven't seen or spoken to her since the bar a couple months ago." I said

" Who's this ?" He asked looking at Hennessy who finally made it to the door

" I'm his fiancé, Hennessy. What's the reason for your visit ?" She asked

" We're investigating a missing person case and we're stopping by all of their close friends residence trying to get as much information on the last time they were seen." He said " Do you know this young woman or young man " he held up the two pictures again

" I don't but I did see the female at the bar before when I went out with him." She said

" But you don't know her personally . Just seen her before." He asked

" Correct" Hennessy said

He nodded his head looking around before he spoke.

" Nice house for a couple of people who look like they're in their early twenties. What do you guys do ?" He asked
