Hennessy POV
I was pacing back and forth in my living room. My feet were aching and my back felt like it was about to snap. I couldn't believe Roman was just arrested for murder. Why now ? We have a family coming into this world in less than 5 months he couldn't be sitting in a jail cell. I couldn't help but think this was partly my fault. I killed Genesis, not him. I got kidnapped cause I wanted to be petty, not him. All he did was come to my rescue now he's behind bars. I was still pacing when my aunt walked over to me.

" Honey please sit down. You're going to stress yourself out and that's not good for the twins. Dillan is going to handle this." She said walking me over to the couch

" I need him here aunt eve . I can't do this parent thing on my own ." I said tears falling from my eyes

" And he will be." Dillan said walking over " But first I need you to tell me everything that happened and be honest with me."

I took a deep breath before explaining to him what happened from the time I was kidnapped to the time we killed them. August even dropped some news I didn't know about. He said something about some unknown messages one of them was sending to Roman's phone. Which had to be Genesis she would've been the only one to have access of his phone number.

" So she was sending threats stating she was going to do something to Roman and you ?" Dillan asked writing stuff down

" I don't know . I didn't know nothing about that." I said

" Where's Roman phone ? Are the messages still there ?" He asked

" They should be. He never got a new phone only his number changed." I said " His phone should be on the nightstand in our bedroom"

" Okay. And when you guys killed them . What did you do with all the evidence?" Dillan asked

" We burnt everything. The house, the vans, everything. We still got the guns though." I said

" If you still have the guns and all the other evidence is burnt what did that have to pick Roman up on the murders ? Is there anything else ?" Dillan asked

" No . There isn't. " I said

" That's not adding up." He mumbled

By now August was coming back downstairs with Roman's phone. I put in the password and went to his messages. This boy never deleted anything. He had messages from Jasmine still in here. I clicked on the unknown messages and passed the phone to Dillan. He looked over the messages before locking the phone.

" We have a good case however these messages could however help him or make him seem even more guilty. Nothing in these messages prove that he killed her or that she's even dead though so we're going to go with them. I'm going to make it seem as she was some crazy obsessed woman who stalked him and his fiancé. I don't know what they have on him to have him arrested for murdered but I will found that out now. I have to go down there and let them know he has a lawyer and we want to set a court date as soon as possible." Dillan said standing up

" Thank you so much" I said hugging him

" Anything for family" He said kissing my forehead

My aunt and Dillan left and we were sitting in the living room .

" You want us to stay here with you tonight ?" Kindell asked coming to sit next to me rubbing my back

" Yes please. Thank you ." I said lowly

Roman's POV
" Yo my nigga I said it once and imma say it for the last time I ain't saying shit til my lawyer get here ." I said leaning back in the chair with my hands behind my head
