lorens' point of view ;
i repeatedly tap my foot waiting for the flight to land, today is the day i see harvey for the first time since he kissed me; and i couldn't be more nervous.
i have finally landed, after a flight of what seemed like a lifetime of nerves.
as i exited the plane, to calm myself i quietly counted my luggage, just to be sure, "one, two—"
but was to be interrupted by someone calling my name, "loren!"
i frowned looked up thinking it was a fan, any other day i would be delighted to meet people, but as of right now i am a nervous wreck.
my frown was quietly taken over by a smile, as i saw harvey standing in front of me with a bunch of roses.
"wh—oh my gosh, come here!" i squealed pulling him into a hug, "i thought i was meeting you at the hotel?" i questioned raising an eyebrow slightly.
"i couldn't wait, i missed you to much," he sighed loudly, as he pulled me in to another hug.
"i miss you more," i said quietly.
"oh these are for you," he smiled brightly as he handed the roses to me.
"you're adorable," i said feeling a blush creep up.
"stop talking about yourself," he said winking. i gasped as he chuckled at my response, "anywho let's get you to the hotel you must be exhausted," he said talking the lead, as well as my rolling luggage with him.
—
i patiently waited as harvey fumbled with the door key, after a few moments of struggling he finally opened it.
as soon as he opened it i was bombarded with familiar faces.
i gasped quietly at the amount of people in the room feeling highly overwhelmed, "well i forgot to mention that we're throwing a surprise party for loren and you guys kinda came a bit early," a teen boy i have never seen said frowning.
"awe guys, it was very thoughtful of you all to do this for me, but i am super jet lagged and wanna get some rest, if you don't mind," i said stating the truth.
a few nods of approval, and i look at harvey hoping he'd show me where i was sleeping.
"oh, so since you don't know anyone here as well as you know harvey we didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable so we decided it would be okay if you guys were roomies," someone spoke up, and i nodded my head, feeling the nerves kick back up all over again.
"okay well i will show you to your room," harvey said finally speaking, "er i mean our room," he said slightly smiling.
"okie lead the way," i said gesturing towards the door.
we left the room with a few short goodbyes and went to the room next door, "here we are, you can have whatever bed you want i don't mind," he said shrugging his shoulders as he plopped down on a chair.
"okay i guess i will take the window because sleeping by the door scares me, don't ask why, i have weird fears," i said chuckling at myself.
"you're so cute," he said making my heart jump.
"thank you," i smirked feeling a slight blush.
"i guess i will let you go to slee—"
"can you lay with me?" i said quickly, regretting it instantly.
"of course," he smiled, leaving me slightly shocked.
i smiled back climbing under the covers, harvey doing the same. once i was comfortable he wrapped his arm around me pulling me in closely.
"goodnight harvey," i spoke quietly, sighing into his chest.
"goodnight love," he said kissing my forehead.
i fell asleep smiling and feeling happier then i have ever been.
