loren's point of view:

six years later:

"harvey!" i shouted, "come down your family is here!"

"mum!? dad?!" he screamed, sprinting down the steps.

"honey!" his mom sighed, crushing him in a hug, "aw i can believe tomorrow is the big day!"

his mom ruffled his hair, "mum i am not five anymore," he groaned batting her hand away.

"i know. i know. ugh, i promised i wouldn't cry," she sniffed, hugging harvey's dad close.

"aw please don't cry," i frowned, moving over to comfort her.

"these are happy tears, dear. i am glad he's found someone as amazing as you," she said offering a warm smile.

i accepted the smile and pulled her in for a hug."i am the lucky one. i am glad i found someone as amazing as him," i corrected.

"okay enough, before loren starts crying too!" harvey shouted, pulling us apart, "mum, dad, let me show you too your room."

harvey left with his parents leaving me alone.

seriously, how is it that i got lucky enough to be engaged to my best-friend?
