lorens' point of view:
"this is so good!" i sighed in delight savoring the sweet chocolate taste in my mouth.
"i am glad you like it, i honestly wasn't sure what to get," harvey chuckled, taking a small bit of his cake as well.
"i'm sure i would of liked anything you brought," i admit, finishing up the last bit of mine.
"maybe," he smirked.
i felt my heart quicken at the sight of his smirk, and the butterflies grow in my stomach—yet, i couldn't help but continue to stare.
"i love you," i spat quickly, my mouth doing the thinking before my brain could. it's been six months and i am now nervous to say i love you why?
"i love you too," he said meeting my eye, causing a smile to curve on his lips, contagiously making me smile too.
i felt a blush creeping up my cheeks, so i quickly looked away chuckling lightly, "you know you're the first person i have ever loved this much?" harvey questioned, making me look back at him confused.
"really?" i said raising an eyebrow, earning a chuckle from harvey.
"yes really. i have never had a girl who could make my heart flutter just at the sight of her morning hair, with no make up on. i have never had a girl constantly make me feel genuinely happy, you always know just what to say to make me feel good if i am in a bad mood. i am so beyond in love with you it is amazing," he said slowly and smoothly.
"harvey.." i said freezing on my words.
before i could think of what to say he placed a light and soothing kiss on my lips causing my heart to skip a beat, and a smile form into the kiss.
"i really don't know what i have done without you," he said in a breathe before placing another kiss—more passionately this time.
