lorens' point of view:
"you can't keep taking me on surprise dates," i said chuckling, clutching harvey's arm closely.
"but i can, and i will," i could tell he was smiling, but i couldn't see it considering he's had me blindfolded for a good 10 minuet walk.
"soon enough i'll figure it out before we even get there, no fun there," i said teasing.
"and this is, what, my third time doing this, and you still haven't figured out where we're going this time yet," once again, i could tell he was smiling by the way he spoke.
"oh shush," i said rolling my eyes, even though he couldn't see it.
"nope," he said in mockery.
"you know what harvey cantw—" i stopped abruptly when harvey yanked the blind fold off and i was completely star struck by my surroundings.
"surprise!" he smiled.
"you really shouldn't have, har," i said looking around, "you brought your guitar?" i said happily.
"ye—"
"play something.. please," i said smiling quietly.
"you know i can't say no to that smile, sit," he said tapping on the blanket.
he cleared his throat dramatically, and broke out into laugher as he saw my face, "i am going to be singing perfect, in honor of me and my fine ladies 6 months," he said speaking into a fake microphone.
once again, his voice completely took over my body leaving me stunned. even though this was our song i didn't want to sing and ruin the angels voice.
The song ended and i couldn't help but smile, "i swear i fall in love even more whenever you sing, it's just so beautiful," i said lying back on the blanket.
"oh yeah?" harvey asked laying his head down in front of mine.
"i mean it, you have such a wonderful, genuine gift harvey. i can't wait to see you as big as shawn mendes someday and ill be like i knew him when he was just starting," i said pressing our foreheads together, "but promise me one thing?"
"anything, baby."
"don't forget about me when you're all big and famous and have millions on top of millions of girls wanting you," i said with a sort of frown, thinking about how he could have anyone.
"oh honey," harvey laughed pressing his hand to my cheek, "that could never happen, i can promise you that. you are mine forever and fricken always, don't think you're ever getting away because," he paused to place a kiss on my nose, "you are so not."
"i love you."
"and i love you."
