We ended up having to postpone the get together until the end of the next week. I got so sick that I couldn't do anything for nearly 4 days. My body ached, and I couldn't hardly eat a thing. I also couldn't keep much down.

So, Jason basically pampered me back to good health. He even dealt with my stink morning breath and carried me to the tub on days I was too weak to get out of bed.

Finally, after a week of sickness today was the day of the get together. We had stayed up almost all night preparing again until I was forced to go to bed. Well not exactly forced but when I feel asleep at the table preparing for the party.

It seemed like everything was great again. Jason made me feel safe, I knew eventually though that he would probably want to go to his house. I felt like I was holding him hostage, but he loved being here, so he says.

Nothing was out of the ordinary lately which was great. It seemed like I was worried all the time but that diminished after a while allowing me to be more relaxed and present in the moment.

Today was going just as planned. I was getting dressed in whatever I could fit into and Jason was too. We couldn't stop looking at each other. We couldn't keep our hands off each other. He looked over his shoulder and winked at me as he slid his shirt on. Gosh what a tease.

Me finishing before him decided to go downstairs and have a little snack. I was extremely hungry now. We also had a lot of time before or guest come so I decided to have more than a snack.

I ended up making a big breakfast and without waiting I just dug in. I really did try to wait but he was taking too long. "Geesh how the hell did you whip all of this together so fast?" He questioned.

"I work fast babe. Sit down. Eat" I said as I continued to stuff my mouth. "Alright" he said simply and began to eat with me. I kept glancing at him, this bacon was almost as good as Jason. I had to calm myself when I was around him.

Not even a few minutes after we had finished there was a knocking at the door and then a ringing of the doorbell. "I'll get it" Jason said letting me relax on the couch for a minute. I was beyond full and ready to lay out somewhere.

I was about to be on my way to sleep until I heard Lindsey's voice at the door making me get up. Almost running to the front door, I hugged her instantly. We talked on the daily, but I missed actually seeing her in person.

We were both consumed into what we were doing as the doorbell rang again and this time, I heard Liz and my brother coming in.

Almost running. I hugged them and my babies. "I didn't know you guys were going to come" I said smiling a huge smile. After greeting my little nuggets, I grabbed Liz, and dragged her to where Lindsey was.

"Lindsey this is Liz my sister in law and Liz this is my sister from another Mother Lindsey" I said introducing the two. Just like Lindsey and I, Liz and Lindsey clicked too. This worked in my favor.

They were both now noticeably pregnant and that struck up a conversation immediately. Everyone was talking and having a good time and this time the doorbell rang again. Who else could be coming?

This was all I knew at this point. "Hey. Welcome" I heard Jason say as he let whoever was at the door in. I tuned out after that zeroing in on the conversation in front of me.

I wasn't paying attention but the look on Liz's face caught me off guard. "What is it?" I said following her eyes. My heart quickly sank. Is this real life?

Looking back it was my mom and dad which totally caught me off guard. Looking back at Liz I was shocked. I was speechless. I didn't know how to feel. My parents were at my fucking house and they were having an easy conversation with Jason like they had spoken before.
