Keegan

It had been close to a month since I last contacted Jason. He's been blowing me off and I didn't like the way it had me feeling at all. This wasn't like Jason. We'd come far for our new relationship to just end like that.

Calling again he finally answered. "What is it Keegan?" He said and I had to pull the phone from my ear to make sure I was calling the right person. I was calling Jason and it was him indeed. He was being cold.

"Jason. What's wrong? You haven't been answering my calls" I said honestly. "Look Keegan I just need some space right now alright. I'll call you when I'm ready" He said as silence went over the phone. Yeah he playing!

"What the fuck is your problem Jason? We spent all that time together and shared those moments. Don't you think I at least deserve some type of explanation and not just some I need space bullshit. I can respect that you need your space but you should have told me the day you left me" I said angrily.

"Not now Keegan" He said as I heard the call disconnect. That was enough for me to put on my shoes and get into my car. I knew where the place was by now and I was on my way. I felt like he could at least explain why he was acting the way he was.

Plus I missed him and I wanted to see him. I love him and I didn't want things to end badly and I sure didn't want space to break our connection we've gained. I felt like he was turning into the old Jason I didn't like.  I hesitated but I got into my car.

Next thing you know I'm parked in front of the place. The guard let me in without no issues. I sat in the car for a minute contemplating if I was really doing the right thing by just popping up but how else was I going to get him to talk to me?

I got out the car and walked towards the house. Here goes nothing. I pushed the front door open and strolled in. 

"Keegan what are you doing here?" I heard Isaac. "Hi Isaac" I said walking right pass him on my way to Jason's room. I didn't need to explain myself to Isaac, I wasn't here for him or anybody else. 

"What are you doing?" Isaac said as he followed me. "Where is he?" I questioned since Jason wasn't in his room" He's in his office but right now isn't a good time Keegan" He said grabbing my arm and looking me in my eye.

"Who is he with Isaac?" I questioned. "He's with a client she's important" He said reluctantly like he wanted to say more but couldn't. Well that wasn't going to stop me. "Show me" I said seriously while eyeing him.

"I can't. At least not right now" he responded. I pushed pass him and rushed to the office. "Keegan stop!" He yelled coming after me. I pushed the doors open slowly and there he was smiling. A woman that looked familiar was sitting on his desk leaned up all close to his face.

I took in her appearance and realized it was the woman from the restaurant. She kissed him and he was kissing her back. "Keegan" Isaac said finally catching up with me. Hearing my name Jason made eye contact with my angry, confused, and hurt eyes. Quickly he stood up.

The woman following soon after. "What are you doing here?" He came up to me. "Can I talk to you? Alone?" I questioned looking behind him. "Is there something wrong babe?" the woman said coming up to him holding his arm. It took everything in me not to slap him. He owed me loyalty not her, although I wanted to whoop her ass too.

I just gave him the confused look. "Yeah give me a minute. Wait in the back for me?" He said looking me in my eyes. I walked away from him but I looked back to see the woman smirking at me and then winking. Oh yeah, definitely kicking her ass.
