NOTE:

I'm so sorry I haven't been on Wattpad for SO long!! 😣 I wasn't really happy with my story so I ignored it for a while... So now I'm back to make more!

Skypaw tore a piece of flesh from a vole and chewed it angrily. It had been a couple sunrises since she yelled at Snowpaw in front of everyone. To make it worse, her training was going awful. Gorsetail was getting grumpier and grumpier as the days dragged on. He said everything she was doing was wrong. But it wasn't! Snowpaw and Woodpaw padded past, their heads held high. Their training was gong terrific. Woodpaw snuck a smug glance at Skypaw, making her growl quietly. Snowpaw sighed like his life was full of luxury. Skypaw glared at him, scowling. "Hey Snowpaw!" Woodpaw said loudly. "I wonder why Skypaw is so grumpy all the time?" He snuck another glance at Skypaw making her narrow her eyes challengingly. Snowpaw nodded. "Maybe we could help her!" Woodpaw added, loudly again. Skypaw hissed, making them turn towards her. "Oh Skypaw!" Woodpaw's eyes gushed with fake sympathy and embarrassment. "We didn't see you there!" Snowpaw nodded. Skypaw stood up, bristling. "You know, you can just leave me alone, rather than make fun of me." She flicked her furious glance at Snowpaw. "I noticed you didn't say anything," She snarled. "Your just tagging along with Woodpaw, but I know you. Your just nodding to everything mean he says." Snowpaw's eyes widened. "Your hanging out with him now because I was your only friend!" Snowpaw hung his head. Skypaw unsheathed her claws. "Are you even listening?" She hissed. She quieted her voice down. She didn't want to make a scene this time. Snowpaw lifted his head back up. Skypaw locked her gaze with his. "I don't know why your making such a big deal out of this, it was just a dream and I got scared of you." Skypaw softened her gaze. This is it! I might be able to win Snowpaw back! Skypaw tipped her head to the side. "Why do you hate me now?" She whispered. In the corner of her vision, she saw Woodpaw slink away into the shadows. She focused on Snowpaw. "Can you please be my friend again? I need you and you need me." She scooted closer to her brother, her heart soaring when she saw understanding flash in his eyes. "Wait," He mewed. "First... Tell me the dream." Skypaw nodded. "Okay." She told the story to her brother who was staring wide-eyed at her. When she finished, she took a deep breath. "So that's why." Snowpaw's jaws hung open. "Wow..." Skypaw nodded. "So now that you know," Skypaw stared sweetly at him. "Will you be my friend?" Snowpaw nodded. "Of course." Warmth flooded through her veins as he brother nuzzled her softly. "Thank you." Skypaw whispered. "This means so much to me." Snowpaw stared at her. "This is a relief," Snowpaw purred, "I didn't think I could stand that nuisance, Woodpaw anymore." Skypaw purred. She heard a snort and saw Woodpaw glaring at them. Snowpaw turned back and laughed. "Hopefully he doesn't tell on us!" He fretted sarcastically. Skypaw laughed again. For the first time in a long time, she was happy.
