A few weeks later.....
Mira's Pov (I have a feeling it's gonna be mostly that way)
"You're good!" Obiwan said trying to get another hit at me with the practice light sabers. He then knocked me to the floor pointing it at my neck. "But I'm better."
"Hey!" I yelled. "Not fair."
Just then Qui Gon entered the room with another Jedi.
"Alright you two that's enough." He said.
Obiwan got off me and helped me up.
"Hello, Master, do you wish to speak with us?" He asked.
"It's just Mira. " He answered.
Me? Why me? Did I do something wrong?
"Mira, this is Jade Secura. You have just been assigned to be her Padawan." Qui Gon told me.
" Hello,Mira." Jade said smiling at me sweetly "It is very nice to meet you."
"You too, Master." I said bowing.
"Does this mean we don't get to train together all the time anymore?" My best friend, Obiwan, complained.
"I'm afraid so,My Padawan." Master Qui Gon Jinn informed him.
"Alright, Mira. Say goodbye to your friend. We need to see how far your skills go." Jade told me.
I ran over to Obiwan and gave him a big hug. I then ran back to Jade and waved to Obiwan. "Bye!"
"B bye" he waved back stunned.
After some force and saber tests, Jade told me that I was finished for the day and that I should take a break.
"I will see you first thing tomorrow." She informed me. "Then we will begin your actual training."
"Yes, Master." I bowed then exited the room.
I went back to my quarters extremely exhausted and the moment my head hit the pillow I was out like a light bulb.
5 years later....
The next morning I got up extra early, showered and dressed in my usual tights, boots, and shirt, which had long sleeves that went all the way down to my wrist, and a high neckline. They were all black. Most Jedi wear brown but I like black better so they just complain a little. Then I brushed my hair and left it down and proudly put my Padawan braid over in front of my shoulder. Perfect....
After I was all ready I had just remembered what they were serving for breakfast. Blueberry muffins!! I bolted out of my room slamming into Obiwan quickly apologizing as I continued running and into the cafeteria where there was a big line of Jedi, Younglings and Padawans all waiting in line. Everybody loves blueberry muffins they're the best!
After waiting in line for what seemed like an eternity it was finally my turn and I got the second last muffin.
Phew that was a close one!
I took a seat at a table where one of my friends Aayla Secura was.
"Hi, Aayla." I said setting my tray down.
"Hello, Mira, nice of you to join me." She said greeting me.
Aayla and I had just met a few days after I started training with my Master. She was my Master's niece and she was very kind.
Just then Obiwan took a seat next to me.
"Hewo, Obiwan." I greeted him punching his arm playfully.
"Hello, Mira." Obiwan said handing me a cupcake with the number 15 on it.
"You remembered!" I exclaimed.
"Of course, it would be horrible if I didn't."
It felt like just days ago I was brought to the temple and saw that young boy. Oh how time flies. I am already 15 and he's 17.
After breakfast I was summoned to the council to discuss something with the masters.
"On another mission you and your Padawan are going." Yoda said to Jade.
"Where to?" She inquired.
"We believe that there is a Sith Lord with a small army sitting in Tatooine's atmosphere. We want you two to go check it out and destroy it." Mace Windu, a new Council member, filled us in.
"We will leave immediately." Jade bowed then left with me trailing behind her.
We both went immediately to two star fighters and jumped in. My astromech R4 G3 reluctantly climbed in.
We then latched onto hyper tubes and jumped to light speed.
A/N
Just a bit of a heads up. I am not going to be doing this on exactly the same timeline as the movies. Obiwan's age is a bit confusing so it's a bit different. Also I know lots about the movies though I have never watched them. Another reason why it's a bit off. I am hoping to watch them soon though.*Ghost Hugs*
