Introduction
'There it goes again' she thought mercilessly as the pampering of her heart picked up to an unbearable rate. 'Here it goes once more' she sighed inwardly as her heart did that thing again where it made her feel things and make a mess of everything. 'Here goes nothing' she mumbled quietly as she made her way up to the counter. She put on a smile and what she hoped was a charming one at least.

"Hi, my name is Toni, what's yours?" She asked contentedly.

She expected an equally as happy reply of a name and 'what can I help you with?' or maybe just the latter, but what she didn't expect what the most annoyed sounding 'What do you want?' She's heard in her life.

"Oh, I uh-" Toni's mind went blank, and she couldn't decided if that was better or worse than the jumbled up anxious feelings she felt earlier, "I was just wondering if I could get another mocha frappe, my friends meeting me later and would be so mad if I didn't get her one." She laughed halfheartedly. Mentally beating herself up for taking a detour on her original trip, she managed the best smile she could muster.

"I didn't need your whole life story." The cashier sighed as he typed into the cash register. "Is that all miss?"

Toni took a look around the small shop, surveying her options.
1- she could just go for it and do her original plan
2- she could stand still and hope his vision worked like a t-Rex and could only see motion
3- just walk away and admit defeat

While number two seemed quite appealing to her and she would love to see the outcome, three seemed most appropriate. Without another word, Toni walked out of the shop, head looking to the ground determinedly, not daring to catch another eye. However on her mission to avoid any eye contact, she failed at avoiding body contact. Her head rammed straight into a soft yet hard surface that- once she took a look up- she found to be some quite impressive abs.

"Wow you have a nice chest" she laughed awkwardly, not yet letting her words settle in her panicking mind.

"You too." The person who's chest she complimented spoke up. The words struck a cord in her mind as she tried to connect some dots. However all dots went scattering to the floor once she looked up and saw the most beautiful color she's ever seen.

"You have beautiful eyes too" she remarked. Toni always thought she was more of a blue- eyes kinda girl, especially since her own eyes were of that shade, but she's never seen green quite this... green. His eyes were a mystic hue that she felt she could drown in and never come back.

Both strangers gasped at the same time but for completely different reasons.

"What did you say again?" The boy asked. Toni's attention snapped away from the grassy hue as she saw his features contort. She stared at him in confusion for a moment, and then two, before her mind properly caught up.

"You have beautiful eyes?" She asked slowly and articulately. He laughed, which confused her furthermore, but she had to admit it was quite a charming laugh.

"No no no, before that." He asked. Only then did she notice he had and accent and she found it increasing harder to concentrate.

"You have a really nice chest." Toni replied quietly and quickly. "Listen, I'm sorry, my brain isn't functioning and-" her mind stopped functioning as a finger was put to her lips and she noticed he got just a tiny bit closer. Close enough to make her loose her thought process, but not as close as she would have preferred. Toni allowed herself to indulge in his eyes once more as she looked up and saw a smile gracing his features.

"It's fine, I've kinda been waiting all my life to hear those words." He spoke after (regretfully) removing his finger from her, as he observed, very soft lips.

"You have?" She questioned? Toni was suddenly starting to feel doubtful on her earlier attractions. "Are you like obsessed with people telling you you're attractive?" She voiced with a playful smile

He cocked his head to the side questioningly and let out another (adjective that I don't have the time to think of, oops) laugh. Before she could speak again he pulled down his sleeve and showed her his wrist, where the words 'you have a nice chest' are clearly written. Seeing his own soulmate tattoo she suddenly remembered her own. Toni pulled her own sleeve down hastily and gasped at the words written across her own wrist. With a big grin, she turned her wrist toward him with the words 'you too' written across it.

The pair stared at the other for a moment, both with a similar thought in mind. "What's your name?" They both blurted our at the same time. Two gleeful laughs bursted out on the quiet street, catching glares from nearby residents. The boy gestures for her to go first.

"Toni, my name is Toni spelled with an 'i'" Toni replied.

"Nice to meet you 'Toni spelled than an 'I'' my name is jack spelled with a 'j'" the tall boy smiled down at the giggling and blushing girl. "Coffee?" He asked, gesturing to the coffee store they were outside of. Not trusting her words, Toni nodded and opened the door.

"I'll take that Frappe now, and one for my friend too." She told the cashier once they reached the front.
