Saturday rolled away with me going to the hospital and doing my regular work with Riley's work added. We work half days on weekend alternating between me and Riley but I had to go home early to cook dinner today so I tried to work as soon as I could.

Being a doctor was always a childhood dream for me, it was a very tough journey for me since I wasn't really that smart, But my mom used to say it doesn't matter how smart or average you are your dedication towards your work and passion for what you want to do does matter. I was always more of a sports kind of a girl, I use to play volleyball for my school until I joined medical school then it just started getting difficult to manage both the things simultaneously, so I quit sports to concentrate on my studies.

I finished my work around 9 and rushed home to cook lasagna as said for me and Roni. I was not really a fan of lasagna I was more of a nachos kinda girl, but since Roni loved it we always had to it lasagna every other day. I like cooking, it helps me relax and indulge in my thoughts and make different dishes every other day.

It took me around one and a half hour to make lasagna, by the time I was done there was still no sign of Roni getting home. So I decided to call her and ask whereabouts and I was also craving some chocolate ice cream. choosing the right ice cream was really a difficult task for me, I always go for simple ice creams like vanilla chocolate or strawberry and it's really hard to choose one.

"Hey, girl! where you at?" I asked sulking in my bed as I was getting really bored without her.

"I am on my way back, I'll be there in 10" she answered.

"Can you get me chocolate ice cream on your way, please?" I asked.

"Did you make lasagna?" she questioned.

"No," I said sarcastically.

"Well you are not getting your ice cream then" she huffed on the phone, she didn't even catch my sarcasm.

I laughed, "I was just being sarcastic its already done, all you have to do is get me chocolate ice cream drive safely get home and devour your precious lasagna."

"Yay! I'll see you soon bye" she squealed.

"Byee! drive safely" I mumbled as the call went off.

I browsed through my phone to see if I have anything interesting, and then I saw Sims. Its a life simulation game where you create your people complete some task get married have kids and buy houses. I downloaded the game twice, deleted it twice and the third time I decided to give it a try. I tried to complete my tasks until our doorbell rang.

"Why don't you ever use your key?" I yelled while I walked to get the door.

"Because it's fun" she teased while trying to hug me.

"Na ah! don't ever do that." I scolded her.

"Why don't you ever hug me?" she mumbled while pouting and making her puppy face.

I rolled my eyes, "Don't try that on me either, didn't work before and never gonna work ever and you know that it's just not you, I don't hug its everybody except dogs off course, I hate hugging people."

I don't know what it is but I am not really a fan of hugging people, I never hug people. Even when Roni and I go to social events I always shake hands even if they try to hug me, it seems rude at times but I do apologize which apparently is never enough, move on people it's not like I said you suck in their faces.

"Anyway you go freshen up and I'll set the table for us."

"Aww! thank you and keep this ice cream in the freezer before it melts I'll be back in 10" she chirped while handing me my ice cream and hopping all the way to her room.
