"Guys, where is Taehyung?" I ask as I sit down with Choon Hee in the lunch room. Jungkook is caught up with Jisoo and doesn't notice us when we sit down.
"Taehyung is feeling bad again. I was going to go over to his house after school because Jin and Namjoon are busy and Suga was with his family, but I have something to do. Jungkook doesn't even know what is going on in the real world because of," he clears his throat, "so I was wondering if you guys could take him some soup or something after school?" Jimin asks.
"I can't. Since I went with you guys at the mall a couple of weeks back, my brother is mad. He's taking me to dinner." Choon Hee says as Jungkook is dragged off by Jisoo, both giggling.
"Well, I guess I can." I say and Jimin nods in approval but seems disappointed.
"Are you okay?" I ask Jimin, glancing at Choon Hee, both of us worried.
"Yeah. I just wish you weren't going alone."
"What do you have against Taehyung and I being alone? Or even being close to each other?" I ask, getting agitated. He seems to be getting worked up about something that isn't even worth his time.
"I just wish you weren't alone with him. I don't trust him, Hye Yoon. I'm just looking out for you!" Jimin says, slowly getting louder.
"I understand, but you are not my father!" I say, matching his tone and volume.
"I don't care if you understand or not! Ever since your brother left, you slowly drifted closer to me and I got to know you. I fell in love with you, Hye Yoon! But you're oblivious to it! You're falling for Taehyung and don't even know his secret!" Jimin yells, standing up. He starts to storm off with everyone's eyes on him.
"Jimin. Park Jimin. You better get back here and explain yourself!" I yell at his receding form as I stand up.
"No, Hye Yoon! I'm done! I'll see you when I see you." He yells as he walks backwards through the cafeteria doors.
"I'm going to Taehyung's house to get some answers. Not a word of this is breathed to the other guys. Understood?" I ask Choon Hee, still mad at Jimin.
"Got it." Choon Hee says before shoving another bite of her food into her mouth before I run out of the cafeteria, all eyes on me.
