Max on the side.
-Heather's P.O.V
"Oh, perfect timing to show up, wouldn't want to miss this."
I released from the kiss before I turned around seeing two strange men, Niall immediately wrapped his arm around me bringing me into his side.
"Max, what are you doing here?" Niall snapped. Oh. So that's Max. A smirk plastered onto his lips, when his eyes drifted down towards me, his smirk suddenly fading.
"Olivia Gold, I thought you were gone." He whispered, Niall's body tensed. Who the hell is Olivia Gold?
"Niall, let me see the girl. Now." I looked up at Niall, who gently nodded placing his hands on shoulders placing me in front of him. Max stepped forward, gripping my wrist pulling me into his chest. He reeked of Vodka and weed.
He used his index finger to trace my face, making my body tremble. He ran his stubby scabbed fingers through my hair, twirling it as he slightly tugged on it.
"Niall, you never told me she was back." Max growled, I looked at Niall who's face was turning red as he clenched his fist.
"It's not who you think it is, Max." Niall hissed, Max chuckled pulling my back against his front, his arm wrapping around my neck. I looked at Niall with wide eyes as my bottom lip trembled. "Let her go."
"I don't think so." He chuckled, running his finger across my collar bones, his other hand was used to hold my neck.
"I remember the way you danced for me, so so beautiful." He whispered, I let out an unexpected sob, praying that Niall would do something.
"Max, that's not Olivia fucking Gold!" His voice boomed, Max seemed ticked by Niall's outburst because a knife was suddenly pressed against my neck.
"I would shut up if I were you, Horan." He snapped, Niall seemed to be quiet when he noticed the knife would cut me less than a second if he spoke a single word.
"Now, now. Olivia my love, you need to stop crying." Max cooed, I felt my stomach churn as he called me love.
"I don't think you realized how much I missed you, keeping you to myself for two months was so delightful." He traced the knife against my skin as my small hands hung onto his arm, begging to loose his grip.
"Leaving those beautiful bruises on your skin, the way my belt would make your skin bleed, your loud screams filling the room, when you would please me every night with your dirty little mouth." He whispered, I felt sick as he spoke those words. I was confused, I was so fucking sickened by his words.
"Max, that's not Olivia Gold." That somewhat familiar voice spoke, Max turned his head sharply at the stranger.
"Tyler, you don't know shit!" Max shouted, so it was Tyler. The creepy stalker, I gulped nervously, the knife was now under my eyelid. I looked at Niall with pleading eyes, as he mouthed 'I'm sorry.'
"She doesn't have the tattoo on her neck." Tyler spoke quietly. Max lifted up the braid, he made a grunted sound that soon turned into a chuckle.
"Then who is she? Some fucking girl that happens to look exactly like Olivia?" Max growled, Niall shook his head in anger.
"What's your name, sweetie?" He cooed, tracing the knife on my skin.
"H-heather F-foster." I whispered. Silence. The air seemed tense, not even a knife could cut it. Max shoved me away from him before I immediately ran into Niall's arms.
"Niall, you better watch yourself. I'll be around, better keep a could eye on Heather. She happens to be the twin, and my next target." Niall held a tighter grip on me as he spoke the words. I let out loud sobs into Nialls chest, as he placed his chin on my head, rubbing my back.
"I'm sorry baby, so sorry." He whispered, I fisted his t-shirt trying to calm myself down. I gripped his shoulders as I felt my body falling to the ground, Niall coming down with me. We were on our knees, embracing each other while I sobbed in his chest.
After I let all my tears out, Niall decided that it would be best if we left. He stood up before bending down, carrying me bridal style to the restaurant where the car was parked. He set me on my feet as he unlocked the car, I got inside buckling up before getting comfortable in the leather seat.
"Niall?" I questioned as we pulled out of the parking lot, he glanced in my direction.
"Who's Olivia Gold?" I asked, all the color seemed to drain from his face. He placed his hand on my thigh, rubbing it.
"No one." He spoke, his voice had no emotion in it whatsoever.
"Niall she isn't no-" before I could even finish he slammed his hands onto the steering wheel making me jump.
"Fucking Christ Heather, mind your own business! I said she was no one, when I say that, that means you don't ask more fucking questions. Do you understand?" His voice boomed, his eyes turned dark.
I nodded slowly, staring out the window when I felt my eyes water. I thought that kiss meant something, but I was wrong. So wrong.
We pulled into the driveway of my house, sitting in silence as he shut the car off. I fiddled with my fingers, feeling the awkwardness in the car.
"Heather baby, I didn't mean to flip out on you like that." He spoke quietly, reaching over to grab my hand. I flinched away, seeing his face drop on the corner of my eye.
"I just asked a single question." I whispered, "All I wanted to know who she was, is that so hard?" I questioned, he looked in my direction laughing bitterly.
"Yeah Heather, it is really hard." He snapped, I shook my head opening the door, stepping out and slamming it behind me.
"I thought after the dinner we had there was another side to you, but I was wrong." He stepped out of the car, closing the door behind him.
"That kiss we shared, that meant so much to me. I bet it didn't mean shit to you, am I right?" I asked, he didn't say anything. He just stared.
"I should of known that you weren't the type of guy to go soft, I was so wrong. And the worse part is, when we kissed I felt it Niall. I felt the butterflies, I felt the electricity." I let a tear slip from my eye, he kept silent I turned around making my way towards the front door.
Just as I was about to open it, two hands were placed on my shoulders and I was spun around.
"Heather, that kiss wasn't shit to me. It meant a lot to me, it really fucking did. I felt what you felt, it was amazing. I haven't felt that way, ever. You're the only one I want, the only one I need. I'm sorry I flipped out on you, I really am baby. I didn't mean to upset you, or hurt you." He spoke softly as he wiped the tears off of my cheeks.
I placed my hands on his cheeks, standing on my tippy toes placing a kiss onto his soft plump lips. He tasted of cigarette smoke and strawberry, it was Heaven. He placed his hands on my lower back, before I pulled back from the kiss not wanting to go too far. He leaned his forehead against mine, staring into my orbs.
"Give me a chance, please. I can prove to you that there's another side that you've never seen of me." He whispered, drawing shapes onto my back through the knitted sweater I was wearing.
"Yes Niall, I will give you a chance." A smile appeared on his face, before he placed another kiss onto my lips.
"Goodnight Heather." He spoke, letting go of me. I gave him a small smile as he walked towards his car, maybe I could give him a chance. A chance for him to show me his true self, or I guess you could say softer side.
I twisted the door knob, as the door creaked open. I stepped inside closing the door quietly, not wanting to wake Elizabeth. I locked the doors, before making my way up stairs when the kitchen light turned on, showing my disappointed mother.
"Where were you, Heather?"
