Confused

Shakira's pov.

I go back to my room still confused about Adam.

Why is he playing these games?

Whatever.

I go back to my dorm

Blake and Carly are there. there not doing anything but it's still pretty awkward.

"Hey Shakira!" she shouted while hugging me.

"Hey Carly. Hey Blake." I say

"Oh sh*t I forgot my phone in the car. I'll be right back" she said while stumbling out the door.

" So, Need You Now? with Adam? just don't say I didn't warn you" Blake

"Why is Adam such an ass?" I ask

"I don't know. He doesn't talk personal life to us" he says

"Ok, I will try to stay away from Adam" I lied

"Good, I don't want your heart broken like the other girls around here." he says

Then Carly came in and I got out of that dorm and went to Starbucks

Jake is there!

"Hey Jake!" I shout so he can hear me.

"Hey, what's up?" he asks

"Nothing much.i got Jessica as my partner." he made a face.

" I got Adam" I said

"Yeah I noticed" he said

"Sh*t I forgot my homework for science." I said

"I have it. you forgot it last time so I took it home and forgot to give it back" he said

"Ok. let's go!" I said

"Where do you live?" I ask

"I live in a fraternity" he said

"Ok then." I say

We get to the house

"Sh?t it's all ready 8:46 I go to go to a dj gig out of town! I won't be back till tomorrow" he cursed

"That's ok. I'll stay here and look for my homework and you go to the gig. no worry" I say calmly

"You're the best" he said

He hugged me and went in his car driving off

I went in his room look for his homework

"What are you doing here?" a voice asks

"Looking for my homework" I say

"Well when you do get out of my room" he says

"Who do you th" I turned around to see Adam

Great just what I needed

I was going to say something when he crashed his lips against mine

What the? why ? these are games. I don't know what he is. he's giving me mixed signals. why? I don't know but...

Adam pulled away and sat on his bed.

"You don't do relationships. do you?" I ask

"HELLZ no! " He says

"We'll then I will find somebody who does because i am not going to be played like this!" I shout

I walk out of his room then I hear a voice

"Shakira come back" he shouts

"What?" I say bitterly

"Come lay here with me" he says

I hesitantly go and lay with him

"I don't do relationships because I've never had one. so I don't know how to have one" he whispers

"Maybe I can show you how" i suggest

"No. I don't think ill ever learn" he whispers

That hit me hard. why doesn't he think he'll ever love? what happened to him?

I push these these things aside and go to sleep.

Still thinking what happened to Adam that was so bad that he'll never learn how to love
