Chapter 6

"Yeah, is Megan here? I tried following her, but I lost her in the parking lot." Theo continued.

"She's right here. Come in." Callie walked away. "Have fun Megan!"

"Hey." Theo looked at me.

"Do you always pop out of nowhere?" I joked.

"Not usually, but I've made an exception for you." he chuckled.

"Again, I'm sorry for the-"

"Don't worry, losing a plate is the least of my worries right now."

"So," I paused. "Why'd you follow me?"

"I figured the party could go on without me. Just thought I'd come and say hello." Theo closed the space between us. "Rumor has it, you think my accent's pretty hot."

"Don't flatter yourself. I'm just a sucker for accents." What am I saying?

"Good to know." he smirked.

"Bye Theo." I pushed him towards the door.

"You know," he turned around. "You can always come back to the party."

"Goodnight Theo." 

"Goodnight Megan," he smiled as he shut the door.

"YOU FREAKING MADE OUT WITH THEO!" 

"OH MY GOD CALLIE! Don't scare me like that!" I jumped. 

"Oops sorry."

"Wait, what the hell? We didn't kiss." I sat back on my couch.

"A girl can dream." she plopped down next to me. "I went to your room, but I got out to peek and saw how you two were going. You looked pretty friendly there."

"Were you eavesdropping?"

"I was going to but I fell asleep on your bed." she laughed.

"Do we have to talk about this?" I groaned.

"Sorry, you're right. Let's take your mind off of tonight."

"What do you have in mind?"

"We should see a movie."

"Great, but I'm picking!" I grabbed my bag.

"Let's hit the road!"

"What movie?" the guy asked.

"Two tickets to DIVERGENT please." she smirked.

Why am I not surprised?

"Here you go ladies," he smiled. "Enjoy your movie.

We started to walk into the theater.

"Of course, you'd pick Divergent." I elbowed her.

"You know me too well." she giggled.

I felt my phone vibrate in my back pocket as we took our seats.

"I wonder who that is?" Callie said sarcastically.

"OH HUSH." I pulled it out of my pocket.

unknown- hey  it's Theo

What the hell?

Me- I didn't give you my number

Theo- right, you just gave it to Shailene

Me- you're something else

Theo- what's up?

Me- I'm at the movies with Callie

Theo- but you couldn't come back to the party???

Me- bye theo

Theo- I was kidding! 

Me- whatever

Theo- let me guess.. you're seeing The Fault in Our Stars?

Me- nope

Theo- wait-you're not seeing Divergent are you?

Me- yeah we are haha. why?

Theo- you'll see (;

Me- just get back to your party

As I slid my phone back in my pocket someone started talking.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Landmark Theatre in LA. Tonight we'll be showing the movie Divergent." the man said from the front of the theater. "We also have a special treat for all of you tonight. Please welcome Four himself, Theo James!"

I saw Theo walk to the center of the theater and the crowd went nuts.

You're kidding me.

I raised an eyebrow at Callie.

"I honestly didn't know!" she laughed. "What are the odds!?"

"This is going to be a long night." I sighed and laid back into my seat.
