And their plastic nails
Designer bags
That people spend so much on

A piece of paper that we decided
Was worth lives
Worth much more than a
Normal piece of paper
More than the drawings we do
As kids
And marriage certificates
Pieces of paper declaring our net worth
Telling us what we can
And can't have in our lives
We let material rule
And throw away people like
