What happens to magical children before Hogwarts?
I think that they are probably homeschooled in basic skills that muggle children would learn: math, reading, writing, how to write an essay, things like that. It would also probably be impossible to have them go to a muggle primary school because they wouldn’t understand that they couldn’t tell anyone about the magical world or they might use accidental magic. If they are homeschooled though Molly Weasley officially needs to be saint.
