Chapter 5 part 1

Jane POV

Alexandra walked away, disappearing into the nights shadows. Both of the wolves Leo and Luna whines as they watch their Alexandra leave.

After a few more minute Luna snaps out of it and started walking in the direction we was heading in before, but stop once she realize Leo wasn't moving.

He looked like he was about bolt the way Alexandra went. When Luna bark to get his attention. Leo looked back at her with a sad and tore expression, make him look like a puppy.

Luna shook her head no. "It's like they're having a inner conversation with each other" Samuel mumbles. "Yah they're really are smart" I commented.

"Maybe a little to smart" Colton said in a dangerous low tone making the wolves snap their heads towards him. "So they can understand us" I thought to myself.

We're been walking for a few hours, Luna and Leo in the front leading the way, when the ground started to shake. It wasn't a big shake but it was enough for me to feel it. "What was that" I asked no one in particular.

"I don't know and I don't want to find out, so let's hurry and find somewhere to stay for tonight" Samuel commented.

"Wolfie can we take a break for the night, we're tired and Colton need his wounds clean" I told them in the sweetie voice I can, to not provoke them in attacking me. The white smaller one with the blue eyes nods her head at me.

She stopped along with Leo.

He puts his nose to her neck and took a deep sniff before he took off. Luna made no move to follow, she just stood there watching Leo midnight black fur disappear in the distance.

"Where is he going?" Colton asked. His voice sounded like he was in pain. I look at him with worry eyes. "I don't know he just ran" I said.

We been standing in the same place for more then an hour. We're waiting for Leo, who hasn't came back yet.

Luna wouldn't let anyone near her or Jack. She would growl, bare her teeth and snap her jaws at anyone of us who try's to see if Jack is ok.

"Listen here mutt, that's my little brother your carrying and I want to make sure he's ok. So let me see him or god so help, I'll..." Colton stop his threat to the wolf once he seen the look she was giving him.

Luna was glaring at Colton as if daring him to finish his threat. Colton was smart enough not too.

He turned his attention away from Luna and to his chess that had just stopped bleeding. Samuel just stood quietly next to me, watching his surrounds carefully. I was just about to say something rude to Luna when a howl broke throw the silent night air.
