Chapter 4 part 2

Jane POV

"How can she be so strong and fast?" I asked out loud to no one. "Don't know, but she talks to those wolves as if they can really understand her" Colton mutters. There was a pause before Samuel spoke. "I think they can. Just look at the way they react to everything she's saying"

Now that I think about it, the wolf the redhead call Leo, does act exactly like the her. Mean and a lil selfish.

Also I just notice that the bang that was covering her left eye moved out of her face as she shook her head and it was blue just like the wolf Luna and the uncovered eye was green just like the wolf Leo.

"What is she?" I asked them, they just shrugged their shoulders. "I don't know but I'm going to find out" Colton said with determination.

"We should get moving now, before the night crawlers and zombies catches onto our scent" Colton said to the redhead. the redhead nods her head and started walking without looking back to see if we where following with Luna in the middle protectively.

They where walking so fast that Colton, Samuel and I had to jog to keep up with them. The redhead must had heard our heavy breathing because she looked back at us and slow down. We still had to speed walk to kept up with her but its better then the pace she going at before.

I speeded up a little more so I was walking beside her. "My name is Jane, that's Samuel but I call him Sam sometimes, that's Colton and that little guy on the wolf back is Jack Colton brother" I said pointing to each of them. "What's your name?" I asked.

"Alexandra" the redhead stated plainly not looking at me. "Sooo......Where we heading?" I asked looking up at her. She was tall compared to my 5'2 height.

"To find shelter to treat this boy wound and to rest for an hour" she told us in a monotone. "Wait only an hour of sleep?" I asked in disbelief. This was the first time she looked at me since I spoke to her. "What, is that to long for you?, 30minutes of rest then" she snared at me. I jumped back in fright, she sounded like a wild animal, just like the wolves.

"No it's not that, it's just that we need more then an hour of sleep. We need at less 8 hours so we can have full energy" I explain my a rush.

"To long, the zombies and night crawlers already have your scents. I'll give you 5 hours of rest and no longer" she says. I nod in agreement. She was right.

Alexandra POV

"To long, the zombies and night crawlers already have your scents. I'll give you 5 hours of rest an no longer" I said. I took deep breaths to control my short temper. The girl I think name was Janie or was it Sammy? well anyways she nods her head.

The rest of the walk was quiet until the hair on the back of my neck started to stand up. I looked down at Leo to see his ears moving back and forth, I look over at Luna to see her doing the same.

I stopped in my track to listen more carefully. "What are we stoping fo-"

"Quiet" I hissed as I started to listen to my surroundings.

Thump.....Thump.....Thump....Thump..Thump..Thump..Thump..Thump.

"Shit!" I cuss loudly

"Run" I demanded the humans. "What.. Why?" the boy think it Samuel asked.

My temper slip, I hate being questioned.

"When I say run you fucking run" I growled at the him. he took a fearful step back and I took one forward. I knew my face probably turned to the smooth sickening color grey and my teeth sharpens like the night crawlers but my weren't rotten they were white. Samuel look like he was going to pass out.

"Alexandra calm down" Luna's gentle voice spoke softly to me. I took a deep breath, slowly calming myself down.

"Night crawlers two miles west, heading this way in big numbers, it won't be long until they reach us" I say with my eyes closed still trying to calm down.

"What the fuck are you some type of mutant freak!" Colton yells at me. Leo lung at him. Knocking Colton to the ground. Leo 5inch claws dug deep into the boy chess. Making him goan in pain.

His friends moved to help him but I pulled out my gun and pointed it at them.

"Are you crazy! get your wolf off of him!" June I think her name is, demanded.

"You will never disrespect me. I lead this group, not any of you! I AM ALPHA!! and if you wish to challenge ME!..." I punched a near by van, leaving a big hole in it as I yank my hand free. "Do so now or forever hold your fucking peace" I growled.

I hate being challenge in anyway, shape or form. It brings out the died animal side of me. that I need to keep in check at all time or i'll start acting just like those creatures I swear to kill.

This is one of the reason I like to travel alone and in peace, I have a short temper. The rage slowly took over my body, eating me from the inside.

"Luna lead them somewhere safe for tonight, Leo protect Luna" I told them as I walked in the direction of the night crawlers. I need to get raid of this bloodlust I'm craving. I want and need to have the taste of flash and blood on my tongue.

I stood in the middle of an abandon road. I took out my dragon shaped dragger and cut my hand open, letting my blood flow out. It wasn't long before I could hear the running thundering foot steps of the night crawlers, also the loud goan and moans of the zombies racing towards me, at all directions.

I took a breath before letting my body shift into the form of a hideous creature. My body temperature drop low, my skin turned a smooth sickening grey color, all of my teeth from my k9 on back sharpens, my nails grew and sharpen.

I let out a loud and powerful roar that shook the ground before quickly charging forward. digging my teeth and nails into whatever dared to cross my path.
