Chapter 33

Louis' POV

"Louis!" Jasmine shouted. I've been outside for hours. I just can't bare to hear her moan Zayn's name. I envy him so much. I'm pathetic!

I want to run up to her and pull her into my embrace but another part of me doesn't think I can pull myself together long enough to come out from my 'hiding spot'.

"Louis, where are you?" she sighs worridly and I just sat there between three big, oak trees. It was silent for a moment before I heard someone sit next to me in the leaves.

"It's cold, you should go back inside. I would give you my jacket but I'm not wearing one." I state emotionless, I can't let her see how hurt I really am.

"I was worried about you." she changed the subject. I don't answer her, I just stare off into the distance. "Louis...I'm sorry I di-"

"Why are you apologizing?"

"I'm not stupid."

"I didn't say you were." I reply blankly. Jasmine moves her hand to touch my arm but I jerk it away and hurt flashes in her eyes before she looks away.

"You don't understand."

"Right, I forgot. Nobody understands what you're going through because you're in love with five guys and you can't make up your mind so you just sleep with all of them and don't even consider how they might feel about you playing with their emotions because you have them all wrapped around your finger!" I shout. Jasmine just looked at me, with her jaw dropped, then she started crying. "Don't act like you're hurt just so you can fuck me! Just because all of the other guys are going to do everything for you no matter how fucked up it is doesn't mean I will! I am beyond done with your games!"

"Fuck you..." she whispered weakly, her voice cracked at the end.

"Already did, sweetie." I smirked coldly. She shook her head at me in disgust before wiping her eyes and getting up and walking back into the house. 

I know I was being an ass, and I was being unreasonable but I'm hurt and I have no idea how to deal with these feelings that Jas is causing me.

The look in her eyes she gave me before walking away, burned in the back of my mind.

I just screwed my chance with her up.

Zayn's POV

My jaw clenched as I got up from the kitchen table and walked towards the door. "Zayn, please don't." Jas begged.

"Starting a fight with Louis is only going to make everything worse," Liam sided with Jasmine.

"He made her fucking cry so I'm going to do the same to him!" I reasoned.

"Don't you see that we did this to him?" she questioned.

"No...you did." I said before walking out. Wait...did I really just say that to the girl I love!? I'm such a fuck up! Damnit!

I walked straight over to Louis. As soon as he saw me, he stood up.

"You're an arse." I stated before grabbing him by his neck, lifting him off the ground and throwing him into a tree, making both the tree and Louis fall to the ground with a loud thod.

Louis stumbled back up and I punched him in the jaw. "Why the hell would you make her cry like that?" I questioned.

"You act like you're perfect. You've made her cry too!" he reasoned, throwing a punch at me that hit me in my left eye with a lot of force.

He was right but I'm still going to pound his face in.

"Go to hell!" Louis spat as he punched me again, I fell to the ground and he got in top of my chest and continued to punch me. "Oh yeah! I almost forgot, you've already been there! How was the weather down there?"

How dare he bring that up!

His comment sent me off the edge. I pushed him off of me and got on top of his chest and repeatedly punched him.

I was still punching him when I felt strong arms grab me and lift me off of Louis. I was pinned against a tree, I looked forward to see that Liam was holding me back, my breathing was still hitched and I was seeing red.

Jasmine stood off to the side with disbelief clear in her facial feature, she was holding our son in her arms while Niall and Harry carried an unconscious Louis into the house.

"Let go!" I spat as I yanked myself free from Liam's strong grip. He sent me a glare before walking over to Jas and the baby. I desperately wanted to run up to Jas and kiss her but by the look she's giving me, I know that she's really upset with me. I never should've said that to her...or beat up Louis. So I wiped blood from my lip and walked into the house.

Louis was sitting on the couch with Niall, holding an ice pack on the back of his head. His face was all bloody from dry blood but he was already pretty much healed. That's one of the advantages about being a vampire.

I walked past Niall and Louis without saying a word and walked into my room, shutting the door.

Jasmine's POV

I inhaled a shaking breath as I knealed down on my knees, with my head in my hands as sobs escaped my lips.

"God, please tell me what to do! I'm so confused." I cried, looking up at the sky.

"It's ok love," a sweet, familiar voice cooed. I looked behind me to see Connor standing behind me. I stopped breathing and my tears quickly became tears of joy.

"Oh my god! Connor!" I squealed as I stood up and jumped into his arms. He scooped me up and spun me around in a hug.

"I've missed you so much! How...who?" I rambled.

"Clare brought me back. I've been watching you for a long time now...that sounded better in my head." he laughed.

"What?" I gaped.

"She never wanted to be on the evil side. It's complicated...she told me to tell you that she's rooting for the good side to win."

"I'm so glad you're back!" I hugged him tightly again.

"Me too!'So...where's that baby I've been dying to see?"

"He's with Harry." I replied. I grabbed his hand and ran into the house.

"Holy fuck! Is he real?" Niall whispered and I giggled at him and playfully hit his chest.

"Watch the language Mr! There's a baby in the room."

"Sorry love. Connor! It's nice to see you again!" Niall smiled as him and Connor exchanged a hug.

"It's nice to be back."

I've missed my best friend!
