PLEASE READ: This is the 40th and final chapter of the first Bitten book! Can you believe it! I have came so far as a writer and as a person just by all of your support. You guys encourage me to keep writing and never give up on it. All of this seems so surreal, the incredible amount of fans and support and the fact that I am about to start the second book to the Bitten series. First, I have a few questions…

1. What was one of your favorite moments in Bitten?

2. Would you read the Bitten 2?

3. What should I approve on?

4. Are there any things/ideas that you would like me to out in Bitten 2?

Thank you all so much! Enjoy the last chapter and don't forget to comment the answers to the questions and who you want her to end up with! :)

Jasmine's POV

He's gone, dead, and I wouldn't even speak to him the last time I saw him! I was pissed off at him and I didn't tell him how much he means to me. Now, I'll never get a chance to.

I stood there in the shower, just staring blankly. I feel numb and horrible. I'm responsible for his death. I know that's nit rational but I feel like I'm the reason that he's gone and now I have to live with this guilt.

The water is as hot as it will get, yet, it feels ice cold. Ever since I was bitten, I've been crying so much that now, I don't even realize I'm crying.

I rinsed my body off, taking my time, before turning the water off and climbing out of the shower. I wrapped a towel around my head. I grabbed a white towel with purple stripes and wrapped it around my aching body.

There was a knock at the door, "It's me, Louis."

"Uh, come in." I replied. The door opened, Louis walked in and shut the door. His eyes got wide when he saw me. "I know, sorry."

"You look…never mind." he blushed. "I didn't know you weren't dressed yet. I'll go out so you-"

"No, it's alright. You look like you really need to pee." I gave him an assuring smile. Louis lifted up the toilet seat and faced it. I turned my head and set my left leg up on the edge of the tub, drying it off.

Carlos' POV

Jasmine is really beginning to worry me. I've never seen her like this. I think it was a huge shock to everyone that Zayn was dead, but it broke Jasmine.

Honestly, I don't know what to think about this 'other side' anymore. Something about it just seems…off?

The spell took a huge toll on me. It's been two days since I performed the spell and brought most of them back. I feel and look horrible and everyday just gets worse and worse. My skin is yellow. My eyes are sunken in and a grey color. I keep coughing and at night, my nose bleeds constantly. Blood bags just aren't helping right now!

"Carlos, I am so-oh my god! You look terrible!" she exclaimed. I chuckled at her but my laughs soon turned into horrible sounding coughs.

"Thanks." I choked out.

"I'm sorry. Niall told me that the spell was taking a toll on you and that's why you've been in your room for the past day. I thought the blood bags were helping." she sat on the bed next to me.

I got my coughing under control and replied to her,

"Unfortunately not."

"You need, fresh blood, don't you?"
