Conner's pov...

I woke up to an ear splitting scream!

"NO!NO!NO!" Red yelled "THIS ALL WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! IT NEED'S TO BE PERFECT FOR CONNER'S SPECIAL DAY!!!!" This isn't even a perfect start of the day! I looked at the alarm clock sitting on my rosewood bedside table, it read 8:00am.

"Oh boy it's gonna be a long day!" I sighed sitting up and pushing back the crimson red bedsheets.

"Tell me about!" said a familiar voice near the chamber door.

"Froggy!" I exclaimed walking over to greet the human size Frog near the door. He was very proper, wearing his trait mark three piece suit. He was green and very old and wrinkled, but still very easily recognized and the king of the Center Kingdom.

"I've had to live with her for too many years to count!" Froggy exaggerated.

"Dude... I mean your highness," I joked

"Oh please, Conner! Stop with the formality! You know you don't have to call me that, so just don't.". I almost fell over laughing, I missed my friends so badly. "I'm very glad you could join us though! So you and Alex are eighty now! Wow, It's been about sixty-eight years since I found you in the Dwarf Forest!" Froggy said with a sad smile. It is quite a sentimental memory for all of us. Not only did I miss my friend in The Land of Stories, I missed our adventures!

"CHARLIE!!!!!!!!" Red screamed.

Wait what is Charlie doing here?! I thought to myself until Froggy said, "That's my que. See you later Conner. Happy birthday!" Oh! whew! Wrong Charlie! I reassured myself. I got up and got dressed to go hang out with my sister before the banquet.

I walked slowly down about three dozen steps to get to the ground floor where I was meeting Alex before we left to go to Pat-a-Cake bakery for breakfast. When I finally got down there Alex was there waiting in her signature blue dress that sparkled like the night sky and hairband made of white carnations holding her silver hair out of her face. I love this dress because it reminds me of my Grandma, the late Fairy Godmother. When she died, Alex couldn't stand wear the dress any longer. But know that she was once again Fairy Godmother, I'm glad she wears it. When she saw me she just stood up and sighed

"I can't believe we're eighty and you still haven't learned to arrive ON time!" Alex said with a smile and over exaggerated eye role. She put her arm through mine and together we rode to the bakery. Once we had gotten our breakfast and taken a seat at an empty booth near the window, all I had to do was tell one joke, wait a couple seconds after Alex stop laughing, and she broke out into tear (I knew she would)!!!

"Oh Conner," She sobbed "It's been too long!!! I've missed you SO much! " I moved next to her and as soon as I did she attacked me in a (long overdue) hug, and cried into my shoulder. I knew with me not around and all her responsibilities as Fairy Godmother she didn't have a whole lot of time for emotions. Being Alex she'd simply hold them back for years and years, until I was around. And I'll tell you, no one, and I mean NO ONE, has seen Alex cry as much as I have Not her husband, not our mother, no one.

After a VERY sentimental breakfast, a breath taking unicorn ride through out 2 kingdoms, and a very awkward visit with the fairy council, it was time to see my nieces and nephews and they're kids. Now because they live in Camelot, Alex used her magic to create a portal that lead right to her home there, which also happens to be a palace in another kingdom. We walked through the portal and on the other side in her chambers, waiting for our arrival, was her husband, former King Arthur. Also there was Alexander ((Xander)Alex and Arthur's son), Brooke his wife, and their kids Miles and Kiana, as well as John (Alex and Arthur's son), his wife Jasmine, and their daughters Daisy, Lily, and Poppy. Their son John is the current heir of magic and the Fairy Godmother (his mother)'s apprentice, where as Xander is now the king of England.

"Uncle Conner!!!" They all exclaimed cheerfully and tackled me in monster hugs. Daisy, Lily, and Poppy being only 5 years old couldn't reach much higher than my waist almost knocked me to the floor. After a couple hours we invited the family to join us at the banquet in honor of our birthday, they happily agreed and followed us back through the portal for the upcoming event. As I stepped through I found Red waiting for us, and discussing something with Alex. She wore her white hair with red dyed tips curled, and in a waterfall style with a small bun in a cute design, that complemented her red over extravagant outfit for the banquet and blood red ruby necklace and earrings.

"Alex you can't just wear that, it's not fit for the Guest of Honor!!!" Red argued. I had a feeling she was trying to dress up Alex, and that I'd be next. I tried to hide behind Brooke and Xander and slip out the door quietly but then...

"Oh and Conner, come come! You need to wear a suit! I hope you brought one but if not I'll have my hand maid tailor one of Jack or one of my boys for you." She told me while nodding, knowing that with me she'd win any argument.

"Ok, only if Alex it does it too." I smirked at her slyly. Alex gave me that I'll deal with you later look, then turned to Red and sighed, indicating that she gave up. Red immediately grabbed Alex by the wrist and tried to pull her toward the door to get her changed, but Alex resisted.

"Wait Red!" She said and waved her wand herself and the rest of us changing our clothes into appropriate outfits for the banquet. Red just frowned and stomped dramatically out of the room. Alex's nieces squealed when they saw their dresses, even the 13 year old. I have to admit I was pretty impressed at my sisters works.
