Ino's Pov

Things were going good. It was two weeks after Temari joined us and she and Shikamaru were inseparable. They went everywhere together. It's the first time I've seen him so vibrant, it's almost scary. I saw Sakura and Sasuke walking and decided to join them.

Sai' POV

Naruto was goofing off,so I had nothing to do. I decided to walk around the village. I saw Sasuke and Sakura walking when the pretty blonde haired Ino ran up to them. Well I think she's pretty,but she should give up on Sasuke. I wasn't very acquainted with him but I could see he was not interested in her. "This might be interesting"I said to myself.

"hey Sasuke,billboard brow"she greeted.

"what do you want Inopig?" asked Sakura. Sasuke looked incredibly irritated. The girls began arguing again. Sasuke was about to blow.

"could you both shut up?!"he blew. "It's really annoying,the constant arguing. Can't you guys see that I'm not interested. Even Karin wasn't this bad,just leave me alone" He sighed as if he got something off his chest.

"I'm sorry"they said at the same time.

"We didn't know we were so bothersome to you" Sakura said. They were both hurt by what he said and were close to tears.

"We'll leave you alone"Ino said as they leapt away. Sasuke sighed again. It was obvious that he didn't mean it but it was too late. Maybe I should talk to him.

"You might not have meant to but you hurt them" I said as I walked towards him. "those girls no longer have fangirl feelings but true genuine ones"

"I know but...."he stopped mid sentence.

"They can be very annoying"I finished for him. He nodded. "you get Sakura, I'll talk to Ino" I offered. He nodded again.

"thanks"he said beforing leaving and I went to find Ino.

Chidara's POV

I was upset because Gaara's fangirls kept bothering me,especiallly his student Matsuri. When he was there she treated me nice but as soon as he left she started insulting me and putting me down. After hearing for like the hundredth time that I wasn't good enough for Gaara,I decided that I needed a break.

"Gaara"I said entering the room. He smiled when he saw me but frowned when he saw my face.

"what's wrong?"he worriedly asked

"Gaara I want to go to the leaf village for a while"I said.

"Why?"he looked upset.

"Nothing really,it's just,your fangirls are driving me crazy"I spat

He sighed with the saddest expression I've ever seen,"for how long?"

"2-3 weeks"I pondered

"that's a long time"he sated. I walked up to him and kissed him long and hard.

"Gaara, I know you'll miss me and I'll miss you like crazy but I need a break. Promise me that some other girl won't sweep you of your feet when I'm gone"I said while smiling at him. He still looked sad. I sat in his lap which surprised him a bit,then stared in his eyes while softly stroking his cheek

"Trust me Gaara"I said while planting a soft kiss on his lips. he sighed and I gave him my saddest face. He tried looking away but I wouldn't let him.

"fine you can go" he said looking beaten.

"thank you" I said as I ran home,packed my bag and transported myself to Konoha.

Ino's POV                                                                                                                                                                  Once again I was rejected. Its time I gave up because I keep making a fool of myself.

"Are you ok?"asked Sai.

"fine"I said sarcastically. Of course I wasn't I was rejected again.

"look he didn't mean it that way but Ino it's time you gave up on Sasuke. You're beautiful,smart, talented and funny,you're a great catch. Don't waste you're life fighting for someone who doesn't really want you." Sai said.

What he said really registered,he was right. I felt flattered by what he said.

"You're right and thanks for the compliments" I said blushing.

He stratched his hair"you're welcome"he replied also blushing.

"hey Sai you wanna get something to eat?"I asked

"Sure"he replied.                                                                                                                                                     

We were walking when we heard somethung land.

"hey guys"yelled Chidara

"what are you doing here"I asked

Kankuro'S POV

Gaara was hysterical. He sulked and silently cursed himself everyday. Two weeks passed and he was counting te seconds to her return.

"hey Gaara, you alright?" I asked as I entered his office. He had a letter in his hand and looked distressed. I took it from him and read it. Turns out that something came up and she's spending extra time.
