Kihlou this boi ((he needs a name ^)) Ok, here's what I know about my babu: • he's a cheerful & optimistic fellow • he's light white and yellow in his coloring • his tongue and ?sails? are translucent • his scales are big and kinda leaf-shaped • the underneath of the rectangular scales that overlap his belly skin is his vulnerable spot • his ?sails? are sharp and can slice through thin flesh (yay)
How *n proud am I?? I'm so proud. Although GOD am I stressed from this—in addition to the stressful environment that 'helped out' while I was drawing this. Hhhh...
Actually the eyes didn't turn out quite how I wanted.. I wanted more of a food-craving stare, not a weird 'longing of romantic desire'.. but I kind of settled with it. Eh. But hey at least I have a legit way of drawing eyes now right?
And there are some other things I'm not SUPER happy about...
Well it's done. It's finally done. I actually thought I would pen it in and color it at the end or something, but once I started coloring with pencil... .no. .no no. So it's just pencil which I guess is nice.
This weekend was something. There were some UPS and downs..
Soooo to brighten things up, I'm offering up a headshot of a WoF OC to the person whose name suggestion I choose for this big fella! (yes, I've given in to the bribe idea ^^') That was badly worded. Let me explain. 1. You comment name suggestions for WaxWing 2. I choose mi fav name 3. I draw one of your OCs 4. You have fab draw'n SPECIFICS: The drawing would be on lineless paper and outlined in flair pen (probably black, but I might use a color relating to your OC if I have the right color pen) and colored with colored pencils. bc no one buys me fancy art supplies :C
Now that there's a bribe, maybe people will actually suggest?? I can only hope ;)
