Growing Feelings

My P.O.V.

"I am full!" Tyson and Jasmine exclaimed. 

"Serves you right!" Rose laughed. 'You ate half of Lily's dinner too.' 

'I must say, Lily cooks just awesome. Her food is the best I have tasted so far in my life.' Tala says. 

'Why thank you!' I grin. Then something hits me and I whisper to my team. Then I clear my throat and speak.

'I just wanna make things clear. I think we should say this to you as we are now gonna be a team and trust each other' I said. 

'Go on' Kai said with a suspicious tone. 

'I guess you all have read my Percy Jackson series.' I started and they all nodded. '

 So just take that whatever happened in the story was true, but instead of Percy there was a Girl, daughter to Zeus and instead of Annabeth, There was a boy, Son to Poseidon. So I just wanna say that I am that girl and our whole teams are demigods. We are here on a mission which is to stop Gaia from rising again with Ouranos. I am also here becoz after the war, we demigods settled down in peace. But after a few millenas, we again got messages of Gaia rising again, and this time with her husband. So I, the girl sacrifice and the strongest Demigod and my partner or rather, my soul mate was hunted down by the Titans. To prevent us from getting caught, my uncle Hades, created an arrangement that after every rebirth, I would lose a part of my memory of my past lives which included my soul mate. And his memory of his past lives would be completely erased. So it is up to me to make sure that my soul mate is safe, after I find him.' I completed. 

'Stop pulling our legs.' Tyson mumbled, still dazed. 

'To make me more powerful so as to defeat both the titans, all gods gave me their qualities. So I will show you something which was passed on to me by Hecate, Titan of magic and crossroads.' I smiled. I concentrated hard and a small blue flame burst into my fingers. I concentrated more and swirled the water. Then I pushed out my hands and thrust it towards the closest blader on my right, KAI. With a sudden jolt he realized that he was surrounded by a blue bubble. I concentrated more and lifted him to the air. Though he was not showing it, I could see the fear in his eyes. Then, with a wave of my hands I burst the bubble and dropped him gently in the ground. He looked at me and shot me a glare, for using him as a lab rat. 

'That is AMAZING!' Ray and Max said. 

'So I hope you will accept us.' Daisy looked on, hopefully. 

'Of course! Tyson replied and went to shake hands with Jasmine. 

'Daughter of Zeus. Glad to meet you!' She replied. 

Ray went to shake hands with Rose. 

'Daughter of Poseidon'. Glad to meet you!' She replied. 

Max went to shake hands with Daisy. 

'Daughter of Athena'. Glad to meet you!' She replied.

 Kenny went to shake hands with Ruby. 

'Daughter of Hephaestus'. Glad to meet you!' She replied. 

I went and shoved my hand toward Kai. 

'Daughter of Zeus.' Nice to meet you. I said. 

'Hn' he replied. 

'Fine. I am sorry.' I said and surprisingly, he smirked and shook my hands.

'What is that book which you are reading?' I asked Kai 

'One of yours' He replied. 'Men are from mars and Women are from Venus'. 

'Are you dating someone?' I asked, feeling a pang in my stomach. 

'No'. 

'So do you like someone? Because that book is based on relationships you know.' I said. 

'Maybe' 

I sigh and lay down beside him. I open my current book and start reading it. Sleep overtakes me within a few minutes and soon I am sound asleep.

Kai P.O.V

I keep my book and turn to see Lily deep asleep. I start thinking about how beautiful she is when I jerk out of my daydream and curse myself on thinking about all that. 

Get a grip Kai, I tell myself. You do not have time for all this emotional crap. 

I sigh and lay down beside her. I turn towards her and close my eyes. But I keep opening them and looking at her angelic face. I turn the other way, but still something forces me to look towards her. Ugh, stupid hormones. I cursed. I could finally take it no more and kiss her in her sleep.

My P.O.V

Suddenly, I feel a pair of lips clashing into mine. I open and find myself staring into deep violet eyes. He realizes that I am awake and suddenly moves away. 

I sigh and say, 'Look, I am sorry, okay? I know this is the first time you are sharing a bed with a girl. I should not have forced you. I will go sleep in the couch.' I say and make my way towards the couch. 

'You better forget whatever happened now' came the reply. 

'We will see.' and with that, I sleep.
